Constructed in 2005, this spacious 5-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home is located on a low-traffic street, less than 1 mile from Lake Susan, Robert Lake Park, and Montreat Conference Center activities! With the relaxing sounds of nearby Flat Creek, an abundance of peace is certainly what you'll find!

About the Home
• Eat-in kitchen on the main floor with dining for 10 and breakfast bar seating for 3, dishwasher, and drip-style coffee maker.
• Spacious outdoor gathering spaces, including 2 decks, a gas grill, a picnic table, and a variety of seating (lounge and rocking chairs).
• Living room and game room with TVs for streaming (Roku).
• Outdoor fire pit with seating for 6
• Abundant Peace provides sheets and towels for your visit. For your convenience, beds will be made for stays from mid-August through May. During the summer Montreat Conference season, typically from the 1st Saturday in June to the 1st Saturday in August, linens will be delivered to the home and available in grey, professionally laundered linen bags.
• Keep in mind that there is no bedroom on the main level.
• With two parking areas, convenient and level parking is available for up to 5 vehicles.

Where to Unwind
• The upper level offers a primary bedroom with a king-size bed and en suite bathroom (soaking tub and walk-in shower). Two additional bedrooms on the upper floor offer a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a bedroom with 2 twin-size beds; a full bathroom (bathtub and shower combination) can be accessed from the hallway.
• The lower level offers one bedroom with twin-size bunk beds and a twin-size bed, and another with two twin-size beds; a full bathroom (walk-in shower only) can be accessed from the recreation room.
• The recreation room on the ground floor boasts a sitting area with a twin-size sleeper sofa, a TV for streaming (Roku), games, puzzles, and a kitchenette with a microwave, sink, and small refrigerator.

Please note: This house is dog-friendly, with a $100.00 non-refundable fee per dog (maximum of two). Sorry, this home is not cat-friendly due to common allergies. There is an exterior security camera at the trash/bear bin in the back parking area, but the house is out of view.
