House was very comfortable and surprisingly bigger than then I assumed. Looks just like the listing. Location was perfect for our travel purposes. Communication was easy with the owner. Will rent it again should we be in the area. I recommend this listing.

Our stay was short and sweet. We were 6 adults, bedrooms were spacious. A little more seating in the living would be nice (we were there for a short visit so it was fine).Location was perfect for us. Our brother lives in Bangor and the event we had was held at Richmond farm and Brewery(nice place to go if you have the chance). Also Allegheny Creek Brewing Company has great food and drinks. Stanley was helpful at check in. I would recommend having the hedges trimmed out front way over grow making it difficult to get out on to the road. safely.

Great location

The house is in a great spot! We visited wineries, breweries and flea markets...something for everyone! We were able to walk to an excellent restaurant...TK's....great breakfast and dinner! Explored the quaint town of Delaware Water Gap...nice shops and a wonderful bakery that serves breakfast and lunch.The house is spacious and very clean. The AC units in each room were fabulous as they can be controlled individually. Just enough plates/silverware/utensils to work with. Outside was very overgrown and could use some attention, but that did not affect our wonderful stay!!

Good weekend.

Place was a nice stay but our mother could not stay with us because bedrooms were all upstairs Had trouble pulling up the door code and called the owner. We did not get a reply from him but managed to get to the door lock instructions he sent finally pulled up thanks to my daughter.

Overall, very nice

Overall, we had a very nice day at the property. It more or less suited our needs. The unit is newly renovated. The main living area is large and comfortable. The bedrooms are also good size and comfortable. We had small children with us and wanted to cook at home the fact that there was no dishwasher or anywhere to dry dishes after they were cleaned was a little bit awkward. Also, because glasses were washed by hand they had a soapy smell and taste from the previous guest. After booking, I messaged the owner and he never responded to the message. It seems that all communication was automatic. They did provide a number, but I did not use it. Also, the outside could use a little more maintenance.

Great Place to Stay

We were in the area for a funeral and to finalize an estate. This home was quiet making it easy to converse with other family members. Kitchen was adequately equipped and dining room table became a good conference table. We did use the laundry facilities - easy to work with. Bedrooms were large with good sized closets and COMFORTABLE beds. Bathrooms very clean with good hot showers. All in all we were very happy with the home but even happier with the host who responded to some questions we had and helped me with a digital issue (my issue not the home). I would rent this home in the future if the circumstance brings me back th the area.

Nice

Stayed for five nights before and after our wedding in Mt Bethel. Located within walking distance to TKs bar and grill. Very nice accommodations. Highly recommend this property.

Nice place.

Somebody invested quite a bit to bring this place up to a very hospitable level. Each room had its individual AC/Heat units and they were very effecient. Some minor things the owner can easily take care of is supplying towels for the kitchen. There was 6 of us and we did quite a bit of cooking in the place so to clean dishes we picked up some cleaning supplies and clothes detergent( was not supplied)at the Dollar General just a 1/2 mile away. We ended up using some of the bathroom hand towels to dry the dishes. Interesting whoever cleaned the dishes before us put them in the cabinets completely wet. Other than that minor inconvenience all went well. We did shift some of the beds around a little as the great aircon was blowing right down on the pillow area. Easy cure.

Family reunion

the property met our needs in providing a location convenient to Easton where our siblings and elderly parents live. It was clean and simply furnished. Very spacious for a short stay. The air conditioning worked well most of the time but did shut off on two nights and would not restart. Both times it worked during the day and continued working continuously for the remainder of the stay. This only happened on two of the upstairs units. The kitchen is stocked with enough cooking equipment to get by but limited to a few pots and pans and drying was an issue since there is no dishwasher or dish towels. The coffee station had a k-cup machine which is convenient for k-cup fans however for others a drip machine would have been nice. The add does not make it clear that there is a neighbor living in the building In the space above the garage who shares the downstairs bathroom, laundry, and driveway. Unlike some other rentals, you do not have access to the garage for parking. The bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs so stair climbing is a must. Overall it is a nice property we would use again and would recommend for anyone looking for a quiet place to stay.
