"Cozy Lake-view" is on the lower garden level & is one of two private listings in our farmhouse; your door opens onto the elevated lawn with great views for basking, fire-pit cooking, and a lake-view swing. Enjoy Family Fun or a Romantic Getaway. *Ask about the Wolf Preserve and Alpaca Experience Nearby. Easy access to Delaware Water Gap for great hiking; Appalachian trail access. Great stay.

Great cabin and we had a wonderful stay. I only wish they had all the rules they have for animals in the listing. The night before we left we were sent a message about our dog needing to be crated if we left. Last minute we were able to find arrangements for our dog. Once we got to the cabin it’s in the rules that the dogs aren’t allowed on the furniture and not allowed to pee in the grass only in the designated dog area. Our little dog is allowed on furniture at home and sleep with us so this would had been very hard for her. Other then the animal issue, the cabin was great and the host answered all of our questions right away. In the end we were able to spend a lot of time in the city since we didn’t have our pup. I would just list all the rules for the animals in the description.

Peaceful

Loved my stay! Wonderful woodsy trails on the property and close to so many interesting places. Extremely reasonable price for an “apartment” that Is the size of three typical hotel rooms! Owner was wonderful and so easy going. Loved it and would return.

Quiet & Cozy

We had a wonderful stay and will definitely use again when visiting our home state. Next time I hope we have our grandson. It was set up to be very child friendly.

Excellent again

Easy, friendly, calm setting. Our second time staying, this time without 2 feet of snow on the ground. Quiet, rural setting without being too isolated. Will definitely visit again.

Beautiful Home

Host was very attentive and present. Her daughter was so helpful and we loved their animals. The house was as pictured. The property was remarkable. We just wish we knew we were sharing the property with 2 other families in addition to the host because we were looking for more seclusion. Otherwise we were happy with our stay .

Excellent and Memorable Stay

Very tidy and lovely accommodation equipped with everything you need. Jillian and Family are great host and there when you need them. She shared all the info you need about neighborhood. Animals on the farm were super cute and adorable. My daughter loved them a lot. Thanks Jillian and family for a wonderful weekend. We will be back.

Cozy Cottage- Girls weekend

We had a great stay at Cozy Cottage. It was clean and comfortable and in a great location for Blairstown and Belvedere as well as hiking. Unfortunately due to rain on one day we did not explore the hikes on the property but plan to the next time we book it.

Beautiful Property!

My kids and I were SO pleased with our stay here! It was just what we needed - spending some quiet time in nature, Ms. Poette’s very friendly cat, and beautiful animals and people. Will be coming back again, Lord willing. I highly recommend this quiet getaway!

Into the Woods!!

If you really want to get away from the city and get back to nature, consider this destination. It is very rural, with lots of trees and very quiet. It is only about 10 minutes away from the grocery store and several restaurants, but it is an oasis of quiet. We saw rabbits running about on the property on a daily basis.

Calm, quiet setting

Was exactly what we were looking for in an easy getaway from city life. Space was large enough for 3 of us to hang out on a snowy day without being on top of one another, and should be more than adequate to accommodate a larger group. Good size kitchen, solid wifi, laundry on-site. Not super-deluxe, but very clean, well-maintained basic space in a rural setting. Hosts were incredibly friendly; with great communication before, during and after our stay. Would definitely visit again!
