Rustic living in this comfortable Florida barndo. Great accomodations for us and our 2 pups. So convenient to Ichetucknee Springs and small towns with great locally owned restaurants. We hope to be back soon. Don't stay here if you are expecting a five star hotel. It is rustic and real Florida. The negative reviews on this property were undeserved.

Cute but COLD

Very cute place to stay, however the gas fireplace was not hooked up. We bought space heaters to stay the three nights in 30° cold.

House shabby appearance.Trash stacked up by front door.Overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke in air conditioners,sheets,and towels. Weeds all over property. Debris on deck, no firepit ir grill!

I paid for the trip drove three hours and never received the entry code to enter the property. Don’t stay here, not real

Host double booked & wouldn’t refund.

Host double booked the place on another site, then wouldn’t respond or cancel my trip to give my money back. VRBO support wasn’t helpful and I had to go through my bank to get my money back. Definitely wouldn’t book again.

Do not stay here

We booked the property Friday night, to stay Saturday night. I sent a message to the owner to confirm the dogs were ok. He confirmed having 2 dogs were no problem. We also asked if we could purchase Sunday night, and the owner promptly advised it was booked. We drove all the way from Tampa to the home and got there about 40min ahead of schedule. The house is in the country so there are not a lot of bathrooms nearby. We messaged the owner to ask if we could check in early since we really needed to use the restroom and the home appeared to be empty. We received no response. Check-in time came and passed and we still didn’t have the access information. As we waited we had to keep a close eye out for our family as there was sharp objects like tools and building materials laying everywhere. We finally called VRBO after waiting forever. VRBO couldn’t reach the owner either. I don’t know if I can ever use this service again after what happened to us. The owner finally sent some unintelligible response and seemed to be either drunk or bad with technology. Since we didn’t get to stay, I’m still working on getting a refund. There was no problem taking my money. We ended up having to drive over 6 hours in one day having to drive all the way back home. Also had ants and ticks all over the property, just totally unkempt. We’ve stayed at plenty of shabby cute cabins, this was more like “the hills have eyes”.

Hunting is not allowed in 3 rivers estates so the deer are plentiful and the area is safe. Three Rivers Estates is close to the Major rivers named Ichetucknee, Santa Fe, and the Suwannee. You can go tubing, kayaking, fishing, swimming in the springs, and many more outdoor activities. Sit out back at night and enjoy a fire in the fire pit. The neighborhood is nestled in between Fort White and Branford which are both a short 10 minute drive away. There are numerous restaurants a short drive away and many state parks to explore. There is a paved trail that runs for miles so you can bicycle , jog or rent a golf cart in town. There are many charming country towns to explore nearby and if you desire some city life Gainesville is 45 minutes away.

My property is unique because it is a charming barnominium which is a loft home that resembles a barn. The home is on 2 wooded a acres where you can relax by the fire pit or sit on the deck and look for deer.
