Desert Oasis w/Pool & Spa Close to Saguaro National Park

Welcome to "Sonoran Oasis" located in the vibrant Rolling Hills Golf Course Estates community of Tucson.

Sonoran Oasis is the owner Mike's second home, providing a warm-weather retreat from the winter snow of his primary residence in Breckenridge, CO. Mike is excited and happy to share his desert retreat with visitors to the Tucson area.

With 4 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms laid out on a single level Sonoran Oasis is a spacious and comfortable option for your Tucson vacation. Built using the "slump block" construction technique common in Tucson for homes of this period, this home offers a family room with a 65" TV & Sonos sound bar, a fully-equipped eat-in kitchen, a game room with 42" TV and laundry facilities. The master bedroom has a 32” TCL Roku TV. Your entire party will have plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the brand-new furnishings and ambience of this home.

The TVs are Smart Roku TVs suitable for streaming your favorite shows and movies. Guests must use their own streaming accounts; there is no cable TV package.

Besides the TVs, entertainment options include a quality Prince ping-pong table in the game room, along with a Legends Ultimate arcade game with hundreds of classic arcade games. Or, enjoy a fun competition on the oversized Connect 4 game. If you download the Sonos app on your mobile device you can connect to the several wifi-enabled Sonos speakers and play your favorite music or podcasts as well.

Outside is an outdoor patio complete with a propane grill as well as a newly refurbished swimming pool and spa. You can also enjoy the new wood burning fire pit in back yard (firewood not supplied). NOTE: The pool can be heated at an extra charge. It can take a full day to heat the pool so if you choose to add this option at the last minute you should understand this delay is to be expected.

Situated in the Sonoran Desert Tucson offers wide open spaces with attractions and activities to appeal to all ages and interests.

Learn about the desert ecosystems at Tohono Chul, Tucson Botanical Gardens, and Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum. Explore the natural environment by hiking the mountains and wandering in the wilderness preserves and parks. Experience the Seven Falls at Sabino Canyon, the high-pine and aspen forests of Mt. Lemmon or explore the caves at Colossal Cave Mountain Park or Kartchner Caverns State Park. The location of this house is just 8 minutes from Saguaro National Park East.

Other fun activities include visiting the Kitt Peak National Observatory and the Fred Lawrence Whipple Observatory, the Pima Air & Space Museum, or riding the 3.9-mile Sun Link Tucson Streetcar through the heart of Tucson, stepping off and on to explore the many shops, cafes or restaurants along the way. There's even a Children's Museum to entertain the little ones.
