Epic H20asis on Martin is a 5 bedroom and 4.5 bath home. Our water amenities are perfect for families wanting to make memories at Lake Martin. We are the only short-term rental on Lake Martin with a heated private saltwater pool and hottub. This large and spacious lake home is prefect for multiple families looking to have a fun time on Lake Martin. Kids are bound to love our incredible game room and custom bunk bed as described below. Bedrooms and Bathrooms:
Bedrooms 1 and 2 are located on the main level. Each have a queen size mattress, and share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom.

The Master Bedroom has a king size mattress and is on the main level with an en-suite bathroom.

Bedroom 4 is downstairs and has a king size mattress. It also has an en-suite bathroom.

Bedroom 5 is a custom bunk room with 5 queen mattresses. The room is approximately 500 square foot and one of a kind on Lake Martin. The bunk room has a newly added full bathroom. This one of a kind bunk room is a kids paradise.

The main level also has a powder room.

Gameroom:
The game room is perfect for kids and adults. We have mortal kombat, terminator, skee ball, and much more. We also have a claw machine with stuffed animals. Similar to the bunk room, this is a unique feature unlike any other short term rental on Lake Martin.

Brick Room:
Our brick room is perfectly located between the kitchen and saltwater pool. It has a wall of windows with stunning water views. This space has a built-in banquet with plenty of seating. It also has a wet bar that is perfect for making drinks to entertain. If that's not enough, you can enjoy playing a game of pool on our beautiful slate pool table.

Outside:
We are the only short-term rental on Lake Martin with a heated private saltwater pool and hot tub. We also have a fire pit out by the lake that is the perfect spot to gather at night for making S'mores. Last but not least, we have 5 kayaks that come complimentary during your stay.

Boat and Water Slide Rental Option
If you crave more water adventures, we have options to rent a pontoon boat and water slide during your stay! We offer VRBO guest great incentives when they rent a boat or water slide. For instance, cleaning fees for your VRBO stay can be credited toward a boat rental. Bundle boat and water slide and save even more. Message the host for details.

Boat Docking / External Watercraft Policy:
Guests bringing their own boat or personal watercraft are permitted with prior notice. A docking fee of $250 will apply per stay. Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring a boat so we can coordinate access and ensure dock space is available.

We have 4 security cameras on the exterior of the property. We also have 3 devices we use for noise monitoring, crowd detection, and cigarette detection. All devices are located in public spaces.
