July is always definitely warm in the loft, especially with the high ceilings, and we always recommend keeping the doors closed to help keep the cool air in and any insects out. Thank you for the feedback regarding the bedrooms, we do provide stand up fans and ceiling fans for the units without AC. The loft should be serviced with the AC in the living room without issue, as long as the AC is set to a certain temperature.
