If you don’t feel like going anywhere there is a pool, hot tub and barbecue area in the courtyard of the complex.

MASTER BEDROOM SUITE is a separate living area with private bathroom, connected through the hallway. It feels like your own little condo. Comes with TV, full bath, dresser and private balcony.

SECOND BEDROOM has queen bed, dresser and TV.

THIRD LOFT BEDROOM. Up the stairs from the living room is a loft. It has a queen bed and space on floor for foldout single size futon. There is a dresser and area for reading books.

LIVING ROOM HAS QUEEN SIZE SOFA sleeper, with a quality bed and 4" topper.


WHAT SUPPLIES ARE INCLUDED: This is not a hotel, but a lovely condo that you use as your home while there. I supply dishwashing products, hand soap, laundry detergent to cover the final towel loads, (you supply for your weekly laundry), and first rounds of TP, Paper Towel. I do not supply toiletry items.

WASHER AND DRYER IN UNIT

I Would like you to know that I do request that my guests wash and dry all bath towels before their check out. Due to the amount of guests that this unit allows, i need some help with towels, as they take so long to finish,.... or the cleaning team cannot get all the laundry completed before next check in later that day.

IF YOU HAVE MOBILITY ISSUES
The condo is NOT wheelchair accessible, and access may be difficult for those with mobility limitations.
The condo is on the 4th floor so the quickest way to access the condo is to walk up the 4 flights of stairs which end right next to the front door.

ELEVATOR
There is an elevator but it is located on the other side of the building. Once you arrive to the 4th floor you will need to walk the length of the building and walk up 4 sets of stairs with 6 steps each.
The whole walk will take about 45 seconds for healthy person.

MORE DESCRIPTION
Very lovely, spacious, 1145 sq. ft, nicely finished, WONDERFULLY close ocean and Haleakala views on the 4th floor. Walk to Hawaiian Moons Health Food Store and MANY other South Kihei shopping areas and strip centers. Walk to Kamaole I Beach Park (200 yds away) in a couple of minutes. There is free wifi, internet and standard cable TV. Many of the islands best beaches are on this side, and all very close, with much variety.

All rooms A/C equipped with Ceiling Fans and stand up fans also. Main Bedroom has firm Cali King Bed with wall mounted TV. Second bathroom is in hall adjacent to second bathroom and includes full tub and shower with granite counter. Third Bedroom is nicely furnished with queen bed and has plenty of space for a fold out twin-size futon to unfold on to floor.

Living Room has cathedral ceilings with lovely maple colored wood floors. Large Lanai off of Living Room has great ocean views and a table and chairs for 9.

Kitchen Is fully stocked with all you will need if you like to cook.
Plenty of pots and pans, blender, coffee maker, kettle, rice cooker, microwave, stove and oven.

Although there is no interior dining table, there is an Island counter that can seat 4 guests. Most people prefer to use the outdoor balcony dining area that seats all 9 guests with 2 tables.

There is a Britta water filter pitcher available here so you don't need to carry and purchase water to the condo. You may of course wish to stock bottles in your car from our very nearby Costco, next to the airport.

The grounds include a pool, hot tub, sauna, two gas grill-equipped BBQ areas with picnic tables, lush landscaping, and free parking.

The complex does not allow pets. All of the common areas/public areas are non-smoking, except for two designated areas, one in each parking lot. Our condo unit itself is completely non-smoking, including the lanais.

The condo association enforces 'quiet hours' between 10 PM and 8 AM, which makes for very peaceful evenings - a good thing, since there are so many available daytime activities, you'll want to be well-rested!

Unit is stocked with Beach Gear. Tommy Bahama back-pack chairs with cooler and pockets, umbrellas, and many beach towels.

CHECK OUT/IN TIME
Check out is 11am on day of departure. (If no one is coming in after you, we can discuss terms for an extended last day.)
Check in time is 4pm. (If the unit has been cleaned early, you can check when it's ready for you.)

DESCRIPTION OF THE AREA
Kihei is home of the BEST Maui has to offer. Kihei is a LONG beach community that features, boating excursions, whale watching (seasonal) swimming, scuba diving, snorkeling, paddling, boogie boarding, surfing, windsurfing, beach volleyball and canoeing. Enjoy sunrises over Haleakala and sunsets over the ocean. Casual to elegant dining, dancing and karaoke are all within easy walking distance. The property is located directly across the street and within steps of one of the BEST adult and family beaches, Kamaole I Beach Park. This beach has a great snorkeling reef to the left featuring beautiful coral, abundant fish and turtles! There are also shallow tide pools where young children can enjoy sea life exploration. You will enjoy white sandy beaches and boogie boarding waves. All three Kam Beach Parks have lifeguards, grassy areas, picnic tables, restrooms and outside showers.

The nearby Kihei Boat Ramp offers snorkeling and diving adventures. About a mile in the northern direction, surfing abounds. Two Kihei located canoe clubs offer visitor canoeing. 15 minutes and less for Elleair, Wailea and Makena Golf Courses! Enjoy walking along the sandy beach oceanfront trails and walkways of luxury resorts from Kihei to Makena.
