Excellent condo from start to finish! Clean, cozy, close to food and the beach. Property owners were easy to get ahold of and had great recommendations and efficient communication. Our family of five had a great vacation and there was plenty of space for all of us.

The host was very helpful and communicated with us on a regular basis. The unit was exactly like it was advertised. Very clean and comfortable. We’ll definitely stay here again.

Condo was everything that the pictures described. The host was very efficient in responding back and gave lots of helpful tips on things we needed to know to make everything go smooth. The condo had everything we needed plus more to enjoy the trip and stocked with toiletries and other things. Everything was nearby within walking distance which made it even better since we had a group of people including small kids. We'll definitely book again

Awesome place!

Tim’s place was spacious, clean, well stocked and in a prime spot. We couldn't have asked for a better place!

Tim and Carol were ontop of communication and sending checkin and stay information from the moment we booked. We were even able to check in early after a 14 hour drive! The condo was beautiful and fully stocked. Our kiddos enjoyed the complementary snacks you left. The ocean view was stunning to wake up to everyday and there was room for eveeyone to enjoy a bite to eat and enjoy the view. We havent been to the warf in 2 years and were also pleasantly surprised by all the new restraunts and family activities. Will definately book with Tim and Carol again.

We stayed in this condo the first week in June and had a wonderful time. It was clean and well-stocked. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of seating. We really loved the large balcony that had a great view of the gulf. This time of year it is always mostly shaded which was great for us. Tim was great with communication (even if I wasn't always). As for Lakefront Wharf, we enjoyed it overall. The multiple pools kept our granddaughter busy and the beach is a very short walk. There were plenty of chairs by the pools. It is walking distance from Walmart and multiple restaurants. As for the dreaded elevators, we had no issues and never waited more than five minutes, although being in early June it probably wasn't peak season yet.We would highly recommend this condo and would stay again.

Superb beachfront condo

Great property with beach view from balcony and the master bedroom. Beach is right across the street. Great facilities and the hosts were fantastic. They kept on checking to ensure that everything is ok. My wife loved the kitchen, they have kept each and everything required. We would love to stay here again.

This was the perfect getaway for my family. We brought out one year old, our 6 year old, and our 5 year old and this was perfect. Clean and close to the beach, perfect pools and great restaurants.

Wunderschöner Familienaufenthalt

Die Wohnung war exakt wie auf den Bildern bzw. der Beschreibung erwähnt! Schöne Ausstattung, Küche vollständig bestückt, tolle Bäder, wunderschöne Aussicht vom Balkon! Kidspool, Whirlpool, Fitnesscenter, bequemer Strandzugang - unsere Kinder (14,10 und 8) und wir waren begeistert!

Great family vacation

Only issues is the elevator was broken to the condo. The walk is horrible. Someone tried to hit my husband with water bottles from top floor. Security no help... Toilet was running " my husband fixed it.. Cover to master bed smelled bad, however with the washing machine that was no problem. Would diffently stay again if the elevator is working.

I'm happy to have you and your family. I understand the elevator issue, however during off peak season the elevators are being repaired/replaced. Great improvement if you ask me . As far as the behavior of others I'm not in control of a few bad seeds. The bedding is washed every turn so I'm not sure why the smell. I will have my cleaners take a look at that. Overall I'm happy you enjoyed your stay. Toilet bases were repaired! Thank you for informing me.

Great location. Walking distance for restaurant and shopping. We didn’t get in our car but twice.

It was easy. We have rented with Vrbo before. We usually travel with my husbands sister and brother and there spouse’s. One of our best ones yet. Planning our next visit soon.

Comfortable & Nice

The condo was clean comfortable and nice. The views were wonderful from balcony and the proximity to elevator was good. They had all necessities and check-in and check-out was a breeze. Would highly recommend.

Great Spot for family Vacations

Great Condo! We loved the spacious master and master bathroom. The view of the beach was great, kitchen. Appliances and furniture all very comfortable. We were a little disappointed in the kids pool (1 of 4 pools on the property) did not look like the picture: water guns were broken, slide had been removed and animals were falling apart. Having said that the kids didn’t care and still had a blast. Nice easy walk to the beach. Owner was very responsive with needs as we had a little trouble with the door lock. Great stay for the price.
