Enjoy everything South Haven has to offer at the centrally-located Harborside Condos. With sandy Lake Michigan beaches, riverfront restaurants, and the South Haven Downtown District all being within a scenic half-mile stroll, this location is truly tough to beat!

We've done our best to provide nearly everything you may need during your stay: Beach chairs & towels, a wagon, a full kitchen w/ new appliances, a grill, 4K TVs, YouTube TV, high-speed internet, and more!

The Space:
The condo is best described as a two-story townhome with the ground level containing both bedrooms and the full bath, while the 2nd-floor supports an open floor plan containing a full kitchen, the dining area, the living room, and a half bath.

Bedrooms - Both bedrooms offer a Queen-sized bed, a large 4K TV, and a smart device (disabled by default) that allows for voice control over the TV, music, and lighting.

Full Bath - The ground floor's bath offers a bath tub/shower, sink, & toilet and will be stocked with towels and amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a hair dryer, and more.

Kitchen - In the kitchen, you'll find a complete set of new Whirlpool appliances (Oven, Microwave, Refrigerator, & Dishwasher). The kitchen will also be stocked with cookware, bakeware, silverware, various cooking utensils, a toaster, and a Keurig (with pods).

Dining Area - Also the transitional space between the kitchen and living room, the dining area offers a dining table fit with 6 chairs. In addition to the dining table seating, three bar stools are able to be used with the extended kitchen countertop.

Living Room - The living room features a vaulted wood-panel ceiling, optimal seating for the group, and a queen-sized sleeper sofa with an ottoman for additional storage. For entertainment, the living room offers a 65" 4K TV with YouTube TV. There is also a smart device (disabled by default) that allows for voice control over the TV, music, and lighting.

Guest Access:
Guests will have complete access to the entire condo during their stay. In addition, you will have access to the pool house (shared with other Harborside residents & guests), where you will find the indoor pool & hot tub along with additional showers and restrooms.

The Neighborhood:
Located within a smaller association of condominiums, the unit sits in a complex that offers a comfortable "bubble" of privacy to the surrounding neighborhood. Collectively, the complex and nearby neighborhoods are very safe and often consist of friendly locals & visitors walking the slow-moving streets at all times of day.

Getting Around:
Located within a 15-minute walk from multiple Lake Michigan beaches, South Haven's popular riverfront bars & restaurants, and Downtown's Social District, it is easily possible to navigate a weekend without the need of a vehicle.

With that being said, southwest Michigan does have a lot to offer outside of walking distance. So for the times you do need to hop in the car, you can rest easy knowing 2 parking spots in Harborside's private parking lot will belong to you during your stay. In the case you arrive with more than two vehicles, no worries-- free additional street parking is available nearby.

Other Things to Note:
IMPORTANT: I was recently notified that the pool & hot tub will be closing on August 29th for the 2024 season. (I know, it's a bummer.)

Pool House - It's important to note that the pool house is only open seasonally for the summer months. As a rule of thumb, the pool & hot tub can be assumed to be available from Memorial Day weekend until Labor Day weekend. If booking outside of the "pool house" season and the pool & hot tub are something of interest, be sure to ask about availability-- occasionally with some luck, access to the pool house has spanned a little longer than planned!

Smart Devices - I borrowed a couple tips from the easy-living ways of being a beach bum and implemented a few different smart devices throughout the house to help make certain tasks a little more convenient. The listening devices will be disabled by default, but guests are more than welcome to put them to use. While enabled, the guest is able to have voice control over the thermostat, music/speakers, the TVs & TV channels, smart dimmable lighting, and limited control over the front door's smart lock.

Just imagine all of the times you've found yourself comfy in bed but had forgotten to turn the lights off or lock the front door-- no longer an issue!

Interaction with Guests:
Ideally, I will be as hands-off as possible, but will most likely be available & nearby if needed.

Check-In would be handled by messaging the guest a custom passcode to the condo's smart lock.
