An exercise room is available to guests and is located on the first floor. A small office area is set up on the first floor of the building with staff for package receiving. The condo is situated by intercoastal waterway, three blocks away from the #1 rated beach in the United States, Siesta Key Beach. It is a ten minute walk to the beach and provides convenient access to the intercoastal waterway where boat slips are available. The Siesta Key Village is about 20-25 minute walk and has many restaurants and shops.
