Great location for baseball trip

This was a perfect location for traveling to Roger Dean stadium for baseball. Location to food is also great.

Great stay for Spring Training

For the cost this was a great location to attend games at Roger Dean Stadium. On the down side, the neighbors to the left have small dogs that love to bark.

Excelente choice for our stay in this house. Fast check in and check out with the given lock code (no need of keys). Very clean and every thing in place. Kitchen with all utencils. Refrigerator very cold .. ice maker didn’t work but big enough to fit a bag of ice. Nice Pool .. good A/C temperature .. Fine location .. Will come back ..

Restful, private home in convenient residential community

Appreciated the space and up to date amenities including the kitchen and master bath, as well as the washer and dryer. Pretty view into the backyard from the dining area. Private and restful, convenient residential location.

This property was filthy up upon arrival. We did not even stay. I have demanded a full refund. There was garbage in the garbage open pot bottles in the refrigerator and hair on the towels and sheets.

Yes, we did apologize for our end and immediatelty offered a refund and house keeper to come. You rightfully declined to stay but accepted the refund AND Filed a chargeback on the Reservation. When I informed you and sent proof that I had in fact refunded your stay. VRBO reversed your chargeback, because they seen I had already initiated the full refund. YOU went and filed a SECOND CHARGEBACK. So we are now waiting on VRBO to make Another decision on who get what!

Just what we needed

Plenty of space in this house. Super clean, conveniently located, and very comfortable for our week in town. Communicating with the host prior to the trip was simple and efficient. Would definitely stay here again.

Family Getaway / Golf Tournament

Property was located in a convenient location and was within 20-30 minutes of all the local attractions. The interior of the property was clean and updated. With the exception of a couple minor repairs that were needed it was everything we needed for our stay. The only thing I would have liked to see was maybe a deck of cards or some type of board game. We would stay here again!

A lovely girls trip

The place was very nice for the price. Me and my friends took advantage of the pool most days. The only issue we ran into was the microwave wasn’t working, but we notified and she let us know she would look into it. The area is residential so you will need a car but it’s a very short drive to the beach and to the grocery store. Overall we had a great time and would recommend.

Great location

House was still being cleaned when we arrived but was clean and well stocked with extra refrigerator space. Could use some new furniture as some was bottomed out. Otherwise worked well and pool was a nice bonus. Close to things we needed. Thanks!

Cabana Colony

Decorated quite nicely. Host was quick to respond. Not the best neighborhood. Killed 2 cockroaches in kitchen. Water smelled and tasted awful. Dogs barking next door. Trash bins outside when I arrived.

Nice place but with an asterisk

Small rancher in a quiet development. Nice backyard with a lighted pool. Convenient location. The house lost power at least three nights, once for three hours. Some lights flickered on occasion.

Baseball Tournament Visit

We stayed here for a baseball tournament at Roger Dean Complex. House is within 10 minutes of the facility. Host was very responsive and easy to deal with. House was great. Everything we needed was there plus added items that just showed their thoughtfulness! I would definitely recommend!

Do Better For Your Renters

1st Door code would not work. Took over a half hour to reach someone. 2. Lights in all the rooms controlled by remote and came on every 30 minutes from 2 am to 6:30am the first two nights. 3 All beds horrible. Actually had to buy an air mattress and bed toppers to sleep on. 4. Had added guests of roaches. 5. Drains in bathrooms reek of bad eggs, and shower water smells like sulfur. Would suggest owners pay better attention to their rental and customers.

Be prepared

Unfortunately, our stay got off to a rough start. Upon arrival, the house was not clean — the dishes were dirty, floors hadn’t been swept or mopped, and the coffee pot still had old coffee and grounds in it. The laundry room had dead cockroaches, the bedding had an unpleasant smell, and we even found maggots among the trash. It was disappointing to say the least.The kitchen had major plumbing issues during our stay, and the water pressure in the shower was extremely low. On top of that, the kitchen was very poorly stocked. There were barely any utensils, the cookware was old and limited, and it was difficult to prepare even basic meals.That said, the host was very responsive and communicative, especially during the plumbing issue. They were clearly upset about how the cleaning crew had left the house and did everything they could to help. The highlight of our stay was definitely the pool — clean, well-maintained, and where we ended up spending most of our time.This home has a lot of potential and could be a great place to stay with the right cleaning crew and a few kitchen upgrades. We appreciated the host’s kindness and quick responses — just hope they find a new cleaner soon!

Convenient Location

The property was close to Abacoa and the FAU Honors College which was our #1 priority. The campus provides a lovely walking experience including a nature area. Our favorite place in Abacoa is CRUX, the coffee shop on Main Street, and we were only a few minutes from Long Yard where we had delicious food and drinks during Happy Hour. The rental's property manager was friendly. The decor of the house was cute. The pool was cleaned on the 3rd day of our stay so we enjoyed it all afternoon on the 4th day. It was great to have a full kitchen and dining area to cook and eat together on several occasions. The washer and dryer were very nice. The barking dog next door woke some of us up one morning, but we got over it. One of the homes on the street was an eye-sore, but the others are taken care of and added to the overall appearance of the neighborhood. Suggestions for the rental include replacing the chair in the tv room, repairing the linen closet door in the on-suite bath, adding new sheets and a comforter in the king bedroom, and providing information in the condo for check-out procedures. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would choose this rental again.
