Completely renovated and beautifully decorated Golf Villa located in the luxurious gated community of PGA National in Palm Beach Gardens. New floors added fall 2023

DOES NOT come with access to PGA National Resort. Tenants are urged to look into a personal membership during their stay.

PET RULES
One dog under 25 lbs is allowed per neighborhood regulations. Or 1 housebroken cat.
Registered service dogs with papers does not need to meet dog requirement but pet fee must still be paid.

***Please note that trucks, campers and motorcycles are not allowed in the PGA National community after visiting hrs between 8am-9pm***

This is a two bedroom two bath condo. The primary bedroom has a King Bed and the 2nd bedroom has two Queen beds. Memory foam mattresses.

Perfect getaway

The location was perfect. Close to stores, beach, restaurants, etc. Katherine was very accommodating. If we had any questions she responded promptly. She has all the necessary items needed when you arrive. Loved the area!

Wonderful

Comfortable with all amenities! Very clean. Great neighborhood. Would’ve stayed longer but they were booked! Owner was available as needed and very friendly and helpful

The condo was very nice and comfortable. Everything I needed for my stay was available, laundry detergent, extra towels/linens, anything needed at home. I was very comfortable and loved my time there.

Great Location for Families

We had an amazing stay in PGA National - convenient to golf, grocery and the beach was just 10 minutes away. The space was open and great for watching our young kids. The owner, Katherine, was outstanding and so wary to work with. Would definitely stay again!

This condo was located in a perfect, safe neighborhood. We were close to everything. The ground floor condo was perfect for my daughter who was going through medical treatment and required use of a walker. Katherine was amazing and quick to respond with inquiries and needs. L

PGA Home Away From Home

Many thanks to Katherine for a lovely 4 week stay at her home in PGA. Her home was spacious, fully functional and everything you could desire from a vacation rental. It was clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. The unit was filled with all the necessities a traveler might need as well as the little extras. Katherine was prompt to respond to any requests or questions we had. Thank you for making our stay so easy.

Wonderful Property - Great Location! Would love to visit again!

Stayed for two weeks with my husband and kids. The apartment is great and the host has provided everything you could possibly need for you stay. Loved the updated kitchen and bathrooms! Everything was clean and convenient. PGA is a great property and this apartment is in walking distance to the resort, golf club and tennis. Fabulous location to enjoy the area. Katherine was very helpful in answering any questions we had. We would love to visit again and will stay here if available.

Florida at its finest

I could not have asked for a better place to stay during my time in Florida. Great, safe neighborhood and easy access. Property was great. Good appliances and easy to keep clean. If I come to Florida again, I’d love to stay here again.

Absolutely amazing property

Stayed here for my sons surgery and 3 month recovery. The condo is absolutely beautiful and well maintained. It is convenient to all shopping, food, highway, etc. PGA is beautiful and a very safe community. Katherine is awesome and very attentive to anything you may need and has great communication. Would definitely stay here again for next surgeries!

The place was everything as advertised and then some! Super clean, great neighborhood (behind the gates at PGA National), very spacious, and Katherine was super-responsive and absolutely awesome. If you are considering this property vs any other contenders , choose this one!!!

Perfect PGA National location

We needed temporary housing as we waited for our forever home to be built. This was just what we needed. Katherine was always available when needed and the location was perfect with easy access to the turnpike and I95.

Great location and Great Host

Condo is centrally located to all the main things to do and places to go in Palm Beach area. Very close to necessary amenities for a longer stay and situated in a very safe and quiet community. The condo itself is clean and very functional in terms of space and layout, easily accommodating our family of four for a month-long stay. Katherine was great at communication and made our stay very smooth.

PGA National is great - Needs a thorough cleaning

We enjoyed PGA community. The area is beautiful; my dog and I walked two miles every morning. Katherine is a nice person. She communicated well on access to the unit, parking passes during the golf tournament, and any concerns about the condo that I had. While my review is negative, I believe the unit can be improved. Ask Katherine about her maintenance projects this year and cleaning service and checklist. This unit needs a deep clean and some basic maintenance. I found and reserved the unit, and, my wife was very unhappy. I found a great cleaning service from one of the neighbors. The thorough cleaning made the place much more pleasant. The patio was so dirty that we never used it. Some basic maintenance we recommended includes: a low pile rug that does not hold dirt and dog hair. Better furniture could be acquired at an estate sale. I made changes to have more light in the master bedroom, and a bright 3-way light bulb would improve the desk. (I bought a 3-way 50-100-150 LED bulb that I took home) We bought a towel rod for the bath and new sheets that we left in the unit. The porch deck might be better if power washed annually. I expect a rental to get a deep clean at the beginning of each season and a thorough cleaning between guests. I recommended several basic maintenance items to Katherine. She did bring a high-end DVD to replace the one in unit. She reimbursed me for some basic maintenance that I did, and, cleaning shortcomings I found. I definitely enjoyed my month at PGA National. We had a great time walking. I played a county golf course , Sandhill Crane, that was very high quality. We ate at old favorites like Sarah's, Berry Fresh Cafe, Guanoabana's, Pelican Cafe, and Frigates. We found nice new places to eat like Juno Beach Fish House, and, Water Way Cafe.

Wonderful place to stay!

The property was a great place to stay while recovering from a surgery. Location was great. Easy access to shopping, restaraunts, hospital, beaches and more. Katherine, the hostess was great! We would highly recommend this great place!
