The beach has tide pools perfect for little kids to discover colorful fish and your occasional octopus.
Towards the estuary (less than 100 from the public entrance) you have calm and refreshing waters with plenty of shade and right in front of it you have the local's favorite surf spot. It is common to see lots of people with their surfboards walking around or even riding their bicycles.

There is a store with all the products you need and 3 restaurants in the immediate vicinity.

Tamarindo is 1 hour away from the Liberia Airport, you can arrange shuttles or car rentals through us with special prices and discounts.

Once in Tamarindo you can rely on the informal taxi service or rent an ATV to move around and discover some amazing beaches 30 minutes away from us.

Your open and airy 6th floor unit sleeps six people in three bedrooms. The master bedroom, featuring a king size bed and sliding glass doors to a large terrace with a sweeping view of the Pacific, has an ensuite bathroom and a walk in closet. The light and bright second bedroom contains a comfortable queen sized bed and a closet. The third bedroom has a queen bed and is peaceful and cozy.

This unit features a full custom kitchen equipped with a double door fridge, electric stove and oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster oven, microwave, wood cabinets, granite counter tops, and breakfast bar. Once your meal prep is done, eat outside or head to the six person dining table inside your condo with views all around. Out the sliding glass doors to the front of your living area you have a balcony with lounge chairs and outdoor dining table, perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktail. Inside the unit is a washer and dryer for your convenience.

The grounds are fully fenced and enclosed adding to the privacy and security of the complex. Also each unit enjoys its own secure parking spot inside the gate and there is 24 hour security allowing only access to owners and guests. Dive into the refreshing pool to beat the heat or relax in the shade of the covered pool area. For those who enjoy outdoor cooking, there's a gas grill available, allowing you to prepare fresh fish from local markets while soaking up the tropical atmosphere. The entire complex is quiet, family friendly, peaceful and perfectly situated in its location.

Just across the street is beach access for Playa Langosta and there are several beach access points to both Playa Langosta and Playa Tamarindo within easy walking distance. Guests of the condo are welcome to use the backpack beach chairs, cooler, boogie boards, beach towels, and umbrella for the beach. Langosta is a great beach for advanced surfing, soaking in the tide pools and/or simply playing in the sand. Tamarindo beach is great for beginner surfers and long walks. Both offer world famous sunsets and unending enjoyment.
