Welcome to beautiful all-sports Wamplers Lake in the heart of the Irish Hills, Michigan! This lakefront home is the perfect location on the East shore of Wamplers Lake with a private dock, large private sandy beach, and the best shallow swim area with a sandy lake bottom gradually continuing out for 200 yards.
A slow-ride road adjacent to the house is perfect for family walks, a morning jog, a bike ride, and even enjoying this quiet neighborhood saying hello to the friendly neighbors. Hayes State Park is located down the street less than 1/2 mile where you can launch your water toys. This area of the East shore of Wamplers is called the Gold Coast with our sandy beach bottom and the golden spot to enjoy the most epic sunsets!
Settle into the night with a nice fire at the fire pit lakeside eating a s'more or drinking your favorite beverage with your closest family & friends.
The shaded front yard sets a great lakefront scene for enjoying the activity on the lake relaxing in the hammock, playing games with family, and having an al fresco meal all the while sharing in great time together.
Year-round activities here on the lake range from a nice quiet spring getaway, summer boating fun, fall retreats of color into winter ice fishing or snowmobiling. We host ladies' weekends, crafting meetups, church retreat time, and family reunion-you name it we have a great space for your adventure!
This all-season home is available in Winter, Spring, Summer, and Fall- enjoy close Ann Arbor Michigan, and the University of Michigan campus for football game days, parent's weekends, or graduation day. MIS Michigan International Speedway races, concerts, wineries we have lots to do locally.
