If you are a wintertime visitor, there is nothing like acurling up on the cottage's comfy sofa and streaming your favorite movies and shows on the smart TV while sipping hot cocoa. Summertime guests can also take advantage of the seasonal pool for a refreshing swim or head to the nearby beach. Then, you can come back home to treat everyone to delicious grilled burgers and hot dogs using the gas grill on-site. The cottage also comes equipped with a full kitchen, complete with all the essentials, a nice indoor dining area with a smart TV, one bedroom on the first floor, and a cozy sleeping nook on the lofted second floor.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
