An additional twin trundle bed is also available, making it ideal for families.

• A sparkling new swimming pool to cool off on warm Texas days.
• A 6-person hot tub, heated and ready for you to enjoy year-round.
• A covered patio with a BBQ grill and outdoor dining area, perfect for evening entertainment

As our guest, you will have private and exclusive access to the entire house, backyard, and all its amenities. Make yourself at home and enjoy the privacy and comfort of having the entire property to yourselves.

Other things to note:
Pool and Hot Tub: The hot tub is heated and available for your enjoyment throughout the year.
Pool heating is available on request during the winter months (January–March). Please note thathe water may take time to warm and might not reach an ideal swimming temperature.

Age Requirements: The primary booking guest must be 25 years of age or older. Any guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the entire duration of the stay.

Pet fee: A pet fee of 100 USD per pet will be added after your booking is confirmed. We allow a maximum of 3 pets, with a weight limit of 45 lbs per pet

No Smoking Policy: Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the property. Smoke detectors are installed, and a 500 USD fee will be charged for any violation.

Decorations: Please place all decor, balloons, party favors, and wrapping paper in the designated garbage bins before you check out. An additional cleaning fee may be incurred if these items are
