The home is about 3000 square feet 4BR, 3.5BA Single family Residence with large living spaces, dine-in kitchen, a large fully-finished basement suite with its own full-bathroom. There is a big yard and a deck, plus an outdoor patio.
Guest access
The whole house is accessible to guests. 4 cars can be parked in the driveway.
Other things to note
Beach is only about 2 miles away. Beach access requires entry cards, which can be provided upon request. Need to go in a CT-registered vehicle or walk/bike/take-a-cab for beach access. Out-of-state vehicles granted beach access for an additional fee (charged by the town of Greenwich). This fee is negotiable.
