Our manager will assist you with any questions or requests that may come up during your stay. He can also assist with the following: scooter/car rental, transportation, massage, and local knowledge and tours. Please do not hesitate to contact him during your stay.
Other things to note
Please kindly note the following informations before reserve:
*Car parking is not available at the loft. There is only space for scooters.
*A local lady comes everyday between 6PM and 7PM to drop-off offerings in the garden temple. That is part of the beautiful Balinese traditions
*Bali being a tropical island, it is not unusual to spot exotic animals from time to time (bats, lizards, bugs…). All of them are completely harmless and part of local everyday life.

**This loft living/common area is semi-open so there's no Air Condition in the living/common area, only in the bedrooms, however the ceiling fan is available and the sliding door also can be open for the natural breeze.**

FAQs

- Q: What time is the Check-in policy?
-A: Please be informed that check-in time is at 14:00 by default. Arriving earlier? No problem, we will manage for you to drop your luggage first and start exploring the area while waiting for the loft to be ready. If you need an early check in- late we will try to accommodate you but we can’t promise it is subject to the loft availability. Please note that late check-in after 8 PM is charged IDR 200k, and IDR 500k after midnight. These charges occur for longer staff attendance reasons.

- Q: What time is the Check-out policy?
- A: Our check-out time is at 11:00am by default. Late check-out is subject to availability and may involve extra charge. Please note that for any late check-out between 11:00 – 15:00; an additional charge of 50% of the Daily loft Rate will apply. Any check-out after 15:00, will be charged at a full day's Daily loft touch with us. Should the loft be empty, we'll be happy to store them.

- Q: Could I have a butler or a personal Chef to cook, so I can dine in the loft?
- A: Breakfast not included and a personal Chef is not available, however online food delivery by grab is available during your stay.

- Q : Do we have a housekeeping service every day?
- A : Yes, there will be a housekeeping service every day at your convenience. For the sake of respecting every guest's privacy, please kindly arrange with your butler should you wish your loft to be cleaned and at what time. Service occurs once a day. Kindly note that your villa host is reachable through What's app from 9 am to 5 Pm and for emergencies. He/She is pleased to assist with your requests, however, he/she does not reside on site at all times.

- Q : Can we have extra clean towels?
- A : For eco-friendly reasons towels are changed every three days. Please leave them on the floor for our staff to pick-it up. Towels left hanging on racks will be considered clean if not on the floor.

- Q : What is the maximum occupancy for this loft?
- A : This loft is with maximum 2 adults and 1 extra kid can be accommodated with extra cost USD25/n from 2 y.o.
