Lucerne Chalet w/ Views

Located in the very desirable Tyrolia subdivision, which was designed to resemble a Swiss village. Less than a mile from Diamond Peak Ski Resort and a short 5-minute drive to the private beaches of Incline Village, this sun-filled home was recently remodeled providing all of your needs from comfort to entertainment. The two- bedroom town home with loft provides over 1,100 square feet of living space and enough sleeping arrangements for up to six guests.
The space
The home features high vaulted ceilings in the great room, gorgeous hardwood floors, and a bonus loft space perfect for keeping the young ones entertained. Cozy up by the gas fireplace in the bright and airy great room complete with a large flat screen TV and comfortable seating for all. The gorgeous kitchen comes fully equipped with all of your basic cooking needs, completed with a gas stovetop and stainless steel appliances. Between the open layout and large dining table adjacent to the kitchen, this chalet is the quintessential spot for entertaining and enjoying each others company.

On the lower level is where you will find two Master suites each with a queen bed, private bath and flat screen TV. The bonus loft provides two twin beds and a sofa lounging area with TV.

Although the unit sleeps six, recent county licensing regulations limit the legal occupancy to four adults.

Snow shovel and beach towels are provided.
Guest access
This a three-level duplex and you have access to the entire right side. There is a deck off the middle level with a propane BBQ grill for your exclusive use. There are a fair amount of stairs so please be prepared for that.

Tennis , pool and hot tub are normally open Memorial Day weekend through mid-September. Please use provided code to get in.

BEACHES

Incline Village has imposed ridiculously strict rules regarding short term guest access to the private beaches during the summer of 2022 They require a punchcard to gain entry and only permit owners to buy three extras. As a result, we will not have enough punchcards to offer all of our guests this summer. If you are booking a stay for four nights or longer, you will have the option to purchase one punchcard for $156. Every time you enter the beach, the card is debited $15 for adults and $5 for kids.

A better option is Sand Harbor, a public beach that is the nicest beach on all of Lake Tahoe. It's about three miles away and is only $15/carload. The problem is you need to get there very early in order to get a parking space or take the shuttle bus from Incline Village. Kings Beach is about a 15 minute drive and is free.

TENNIS

The courts are open so long as there is no snow or ice on the surface.
