Perched on a hilltop above Canandaigua Lake, this luxurious retreat offers breathtaking lake views and stunning sunsets from every floor! This beautiful 4br/3ba is the perfect getaway for friends, couples, or digital nomads looking to escape. Relax and take in the scenery or set out on a local adventureā€”skiing, snowboarding, wakeboarding, sailing, hiking, wine/beer tastings, and more! A short drive to CMAC (8 min), Deep Run Park (3 min), Bristol Ski (27 min), and many other local attractions!

The Space:
Kenyon Crest is the perfect place for a family gathering, digital nomads, a romantic getaway, a summer vacation or winter retreat. On the first floor you will find: 1bedroom, full bath, gas fireplace, living room, kitchen, and a deck overlooking the lake. On the second floor you will find: 1 master bedroom with a full bath along with a private walkout overlooking Canandaigua Lake. On the lower level you will find two bedrooms, gas fireplace, full bath, with sliding glass doors showcasing the amazing view.

Kenyon Crest was the perfect location for our mother/daughter get-together. The house is beautiful, the bedrooms were all comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. We loved the large deck with plenty of seating and a very good view of the lake. The house is a short drive into Canandaigua and a public swimming beach is just down the road. We would definitely stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Lakefront Retreat. Lots of room, neat as a pin, well-equipped kitchen, large deck and beautiful sunsets. We highly recommend this spot!

PERFECT SPOT TO START OUR TRIP IN THE FLX REGION

The home has been beautifully renovated both inside and out. Immaculately clean with all the amenities you could want or need. Superb lake views from the entire front patio and windows throughout the home. Easy access to wineries, hikes, small towns, lakes, and museums from Rochester to Corning were accessible from this locale. Would highly recommend this home for any future visit to the FLX area! A wonderful home to start our first week stay in NY.

Awesome lakeview home

Overlooking Lake Canadaigua, with multiple rooms and facilities for a multi family get-together.Living room decor was tastefully done, propane grill was useful on the deck. Location close to lake and other activities. Overall the ambiance was peaceful and rejuvenating.

What A View!

Thanks so much for hosting us. We loved the view and being able to relax on the deck with coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the afternoon. We were happy to find the kitchen well stocked for cooking. Very cozy for the chilly evenings. Enjoyed it a great deal.

Wonderful property on Canandaigua lake

We had an amazing experience here. Beautiful, well-kept, property with plenty of amenities to accommodate a large family. Everything was exactly as described and more. Check-in and check-out were very easy for us, which we very much appreciated. As a host, Carly was very responsive to all our questions and very thoughtful with the beautiful flowers and the note she left to welcome us to her house. Thank you again for a very memorable weekend. We will certainly be back!

Great Stay for Family Trip

This house was perfect for our group. We wanted to be close to downtown Canandaigua but also ensure we had enough space for our families. The house was very clean inside & out. Carly was incredibly responsive as a host. We had a very very minor hiccup at check-in that was quickly resolved. The house has a great view of the lake (slightly blocked by some tall trees) but the property is expansive and well kept. Our favorite parts of the trip were grilling & getting ready for dinner around sunset while the kids played in the yard. If you're in town for a short or long term stay, I'd highly recommend this place.

Beautiful Spacious Home

My family stayed at this beautifully decorated and spacious 3 level home near Canandaigua Lake for 3 days. We hadnā€™t seen each other in a year, as we live in IN and NH and this house was the perfect place for the 7 of us to reconnect and all be together. The host, Carly, was very kind and helpful and went out of her way to accommodate us when our original VRBO house suddenly became uninhabitable that same day we were to arrive in Rochester! She was very quick to respond whenever we had a question about something. We loved the large deck overlooking the lake and there was a beach not far down the road that we drove to. The AC was wonderful during the hot days!

Girls weekend away

We were looking for an updated place to stay for a much needed weekend away. This property was that and more. Close to the town and water, not to mention the absolutely beautiful views. Carly the owner, was beyond accommodating. She checked in every so often and made this process so seem less. I can't say enough good things about the whole experience. We will definitely be booking this property again in the near future.

A perfect stay!

My husband and I were visiting friends on Canandaigua Lake and needed a place to stay that was close by. We almost booked at a hotel that was about 10 minutes away, but for a similar price, we ended up with an entire beautiful 4 bedroom home with our own lake view! Carly, the owner, could not have been sweeter, more accommodating or more communicative. She worked with us around our travel schedule to and from to ensure we were taken care of for check-in/check-out, which made all the difference and she checked in on us throughout the weekend to make sure we were comfortable. The house was very clean, had up to date amenities, and graciously included all the little touches that are often missing from rentals (shampoo/conditioner, hair dryer, fully stocked coffee bar, seamless WiFi connection with QR code on wall, etc.) We had a jam packed weekend with our friends or we would have loved to spend more time in the house as there was plenty of outdoor space to relax and plenty of family games available to entertain. Would highly recommend if youā€™re in the area! It was a gem of a find!
