PLEASE NOTE: This property is located on a lake, which means you may encounter some of the natural critters that come with it. Bugs and cobwebs are common in lakeside environments, but rest assured — the property is thoroughly cleaned before each stay. Please understand that additional pest control or cobweb removal is not provided during your stay.

Grill- Guest are responsible for refilling the propane. Please clean after each use

Upon arrival, please review the property and notify us of any issues or damages within the first hour of your stay. This allows us to address them promptly and ensure you have an enjoyable experience

For your comfort and safety:

Emergencies: For urgent issues such as floods, leaks, fires, or sewage backups, maintenance is available 24/7.

Non-Emergencies: For general issues, maintenance is available daily from 9 AM – 6 PM and will be addressed the following day if it is after 6pm.

🌿 Regular Operations During Your Stay:

Lawn Care: The lawn may be mowed during your stay. Please remove any lawn games or personal items from the yard to allow the crew to work efficiently.

Hot Tub Service: The hot tub is cleaned and serviced weekly, which may occur during your stay. We’ll notify you in advance. After servicing, please wait 30 minutes before using the tub to allow chemicals to circulate properly.
