Jordon River Estates is a private waterfront community located in Bay St. Louis, MS. It is a quiet, family-friendly, boating community.

Bay St. Louis, MS is still a car friendly town.

Please take note of the following important details to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay:
-Stairs: This is an elevated home, and one flight of stairs is required for entrance as there is no elevator.
-Check-in: You will receive your own unique access code for keyless entry prior to your arrival.
-Welcome Book: A comprehensive digital welcome book is provided with helpful information about the home, local area, and specific instructions (e.g., boat launch map).
-Security: For your safety and security, exterior security cameras are present on the property.
-Yard: The large yard is perfect for play, but please be aware that the private backyard is not fully fenced.
This property does not allow more than 12 guests and no more than 3 cars overnight. Renters can be charged $200 a night per extra overnight guest. In addition, smoking is not allowed inside the home. A $200 fine will be applied if there is evidence of smoke inside.
