Beautiful spot! Clean, comfortable, convenient! Paradise, did not want to leave. Bean Point Beach highly recommended (only street parking in residential area, watch for blue public access signs), Coquina beach is really nice too with facilities, like bathrooms and cafe. Having access to beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler was great. I would stay again. Ty!

Great location!

Location was very ideal! Beds comfortable. However please be aware they do not have any simple condiments like salt/pepper or cooking spray. Also no plumbing for the fridge meaning no filtered water or ice in the freezer. Would have been nice if they had trays to make your own ice but nope they are cheap owners! No Kleenex either and cheap toilet paper. They offer a coffee pot but no filters! Lastly, the pool in the ad says heated however they don’t have it on until winter. Dumb bec it’s Oct and it was cold. You advertise heated pool it should be on period! I will not be back to this place.

For sanitary reasons and to avoid possible contamination, rental properties do not provide condiments such as salt, pepper, or cooking spray. We were unaware that the ice trays were missing and have since purchased new ones for the freezer—thank you for bringing that to our attention. The refrigerator does not have a water line, which is why there’s no built-in ice maker or filtered water. As for the heated pool, it is turned on seasonally during the cooler winter months, which is standard practice in this area. We’re sorry for any disappointment this caused and appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve the guest experience.

Quaint place. Looks all new inside. Great location super easy to get to beach access. We stayed in lower level. Not the best if you require quiet to sleep. We had a 5 girls above us. No cushion between floors so we heard every foot step and things they dropped. We heard every scream and laughing. No problem usually but when it’s after midnight and 3am got to be a bit much. We could go on but it’s more like luck of the draw. Some other minor issues but the weather was perfect. We left day early.

Ground Floor Suite

A+++ GREAT location, incredibly quaint accommodations. Plenty of amenities! Absolutely will stay here again. Right across the street is beach access and stores/restaurants are a block away. the 2 bedroom was roomy and nicely furnished. Beach towels and bath towels provided!

Beach steps away

You literally walk out your door, walk across Gulf Dr. to the beach access path and there it is … in all its glory is the beach!Bridge St, just a block with cute shops and restaurants to enjoy. You can also check out rentals ie parasailing, dolphin watching etc.

Cute Family spot

This is a great place for the price and location. My family stayed here for Sprig Break, and it was great. I would come back again. New sofa sleeper and when I did have to call about the shower curtain, it was replaced quickly. Thanks!

Great location

Great location- beach right across the street, Bridge Street a minute away. House was a little small for us 5 adults but would be perfect for a family. Super clean and comfortable. Loved the heated pool! Starter pack with toilet paper, hand soap and dish soap. Also included shampoo, conditioner and body wash- a nice touch. Kitchen had everything you needed. Drip coffee pot (not keurig). Great communication with Vacasa. Really loved the location! Laundry area had beach chairs, umbrellas and such as well. Great stay!

Great Location!

Very clean and great location. Plenty of towels. Nice gas grill on the pool deck. Plenty of pool and beach toys. Big washer and drier. 2 min walk to setting your chair on the sand. 4 min walk to Bridge st. Easy access to the trolly. No need to drive.

Great place for the price

The location of this home is great! However there were some things that weren’t up to the standards of other houses we’ve rented on Anna Maria. The tub in the bathroom could really use an update/replacement, there were rust stains in it. There were a few bugs in the home, which is to be expected in FL. The pool area needs some TLC, the pool walls didn’t look clean, and there were broken loungers and the grill was rusty and interior was too dirty to feel comfortable using. The beds were super comfy, the AC worked very well, and the washer and dryer on site were very nice, just be sure to bring or buy detergent.

Rental Company doesnt care!

Nice when entering. Ours was clean but neighbors not! The 3 units had no tv for the days we spent. Would have been nice to have with the hurricane Idahila coming. Called multiple times and just got brushed off. Promised compinsation for inconvenience..still havent heard back. Only thing I can say is the people that stayed in the other units were awesome. And location is right on.

Could have been great

While the property listing description and pictures were accurate, the cleanliness was sub par, at best. There was a bit of mold in the shower tile grout and under bath mat, sand all over the floors and couch, one of the spare blankets in the closet had some kind of brown stain that appeared to be dried blood, there was a dead cockroach in the cabinet above the stove, dirty dishes in the dishwasher, and rusty knives in the chopping block. I had to go out and buy sponges, dish soap, and laundry detergent, as none was provided. I left it behind for the next renters. Also, a few hours after checking in, our A/C unit stopped working, and while they were responsive, they were unable to get someone out to repair it until noon the following day. Lastly, we brought a few of our own ice packs, and put them in the freezer drawer when we arrived. When I went to take them out, there was another dead roach, on my ice pack… which I then threw out. We only stayed because we had no back up plan, and couldn’t shell out hundreds more on another spot. It could have been great, but other than a paper strip on the toilet seat, and beds that were made, there was zero evidence that cleaners had been there. It just wasn’t clean.
While looking for dish soap (there was none) I found this guy in cabinet above microwave
A/C stopped working, it got hot overnight.
Another dead roach on my ice pack in the freezer - I trashed it.
this blanket was neatly folded on the top shelf of closet, but when opened, found this stain. Fried blood? Who knows.

Cute apartment steps from the beach

I was expecting a house but this was more of an apartment, part of 3 units all together surrounded by one fence. All shared the pool which was clean & cute but pretty small. Not big enough to actually swim, just float around. Pool was heated our first day/evening so was very pleasant but remaining days is was too cold to enjoy. Unit was cozy & very clean. Bedrooms are small, not much space for more than a bed and a suitcase. Because the unit is right on Gulf Drive, the bedrooms are not quiet due to the traffic. If you plan to sleep in, this is not the place for you. The work trucks woke me up between 7-7:30 each morning. There’s still a good bit of cleanup & construction happening on the island from the Sept hurricane which is accompanied with noise & clutter. The 3 units do share the washer/dryer so may have to wait your turn to use. Those are located in a shed behind the pool along with multiple beach chairs & umbrellas. I was told my the rental company they did not supply those items so I packed Ours which took up so much of our small area for luggage. That was irritating. The kitchen was equipped w/ almost everything we needed to prepare meals throughout the week. It was small so counter space was an issue but we made it work. There is no vent or exhaust fan in the bathroom which is nuts to me so we had to keep the bathroom door cracked when showering. They supply 2 trash bags,1 roll of pt, 2 rolls of tp, 2 packs for dishwasher, 1 pack for laundry 1 liquid for dishes.

Great location!! Has is cons though…

This condo is in THE perfect spot! Directly across from the beach and walking distance to bridge street as well as many other restaurants and shops! As far as the condo goes, it was clean and had most everything we (family of 5) needed! It was a little tight, one bathroom was a struggle but we made it work. The photos showed dressers in both bedrooms but there weren’t dressers in either. We hung what we could and lived out of our suitcases. Didn’t bother us too much but we expected dressers to hold some things. Some additional cons: you can hear pretty much everything from the unit above. It kept us up a couple nights and woke us up early a few mornings. I am not sure how many people the above unit holds but in the 6 nights we stayed, there were 2 separate families (around 12-14 people each time) staying in it at once. They kind of took over. We also noticed BOTH families did not leave at their 10am check out, they packed up their cars and stayed at the pool (again took over) and even used the laundry room as a hangout until around 3-4. They left food out and it smelled like urine at the pool. I recommended that someone from management checks to make sure people leave when they’re supposed to? That being said, there were days where there were simply too many people in the space provided. The pool area could also use some love, the landscaping was messy and the chairs were in rough shape. We never used the pool, it got pretty cloudy and discolored after a couple days from the amount of people using it. We didn’t plan on spending much time at the condo or pool, since we were so close to the beach, etc…but we had a decent amount of rain which forced us inside more than anticipated. Overall, we would recommend this condo to others based off of location and the condo itself having pretty much everything you need. You have to be ok with a tighter space and noise coming from above.
