This brand new 3-bedroom, 3-bath townhome is designed with relaxation in mind. With its prime location, Willow Sycamore allows you to easily explore Asheville's thriving downtown restaurant, brewery, and music scene. Within half a mile, you'll find the Blue Ridge Parkway and the Mountain-To-Sea Trail, perfect for outdoor enthusiasts seeking adventure.
Inside Willow Sycamore, discover a bright and open-concept kitchen with granite countertops, complete with a drip and Keurig coffee maker. The living room, recreation room, and primary bedroom feature brand-new streaming TVs for your entertainment. Each of the three full bathrooms boasts custom tiled showers and granite countertops. The furniture throughout the townhome is not only brand new, but also comfortable and stylish, sourced from a local Asheville boutique. To start off your stay, we provide starter amounts of coffee, shampoo, and conditioner.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

The hosts were in regular communication in case we needed anything during our stay. The house was clean and comfortable, and the bedrooms were super cozy with very comfortable beds. It was also pet friendly and we appreciated being able to bring our pup - it was super clean! The only few things were the tubs were spacious, but noisy/creaky, and the kitchen could use a few more items (pizza pan, pans/cooking dishes, storage bags, seasonings) Overall it was a lovely place and we would return. Great space for family/friend gatherings and comfortable. AvantStay was great to work with.
