The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, two other bedrooms have a queen size bed and the downstairs suite has a bedroom with two queen beds, living area, kitchenette, and a full bathroom.

The main living area is open and inviting, with plenty of space for everyone to relax and unwind. The living room boasts a cozy fireplace and comfortable seating, perfect for snuggling up on chilly mountain evenings. During winter months we have room for 2 vehicles only.

We love dogs here in Colorado and your pet is welcome anytime in this unit! However we do have a few rules for your furry friend to follow:
- Please have your pet stay off the furniture.
- Please clean up after your pet. Please bag all waste.
- Please keep the barking and chewing under control
- Please do not leave your pet unattended.
- Please keep all your pets food inside at all times. Lot of wild animals in the area.
- There is a $50 pet cleaning fee. This covers the cost of the extra steps our cleaning crew must take to ensure the unit is sparkling clean for our next guest. Please leave this in cash on the counter before you leave.
