Located just 4 minutes from Walmart and under 10 minutes from downtown Minocqua, this updated side-by-side duplex offers peaceful lake living with unbeatable access to town, trails, and top amenities.

✔ 2 full bathroom with provided towels, hair dryer, and starter essentials
✔ Open-concept living area with Smart TV, board games, and space to unwind
✔ Fully equipped kitchen with all major appliances, cookware, and essentials
✔ Dedicated workspace & high-speed Wi-Fi (up to 250+ Mbps) - ideal for remote work
✔ In-unit washer & dryer for added convenience
✔ With a private entrance and your own deck/patio area, Unit 1 makes it easy to settle in and enjoy the natural setting.

Additional fees & requirements:
✔ Rental Agreement & ID Verification - A signed rental agreement and a valid ID upload from the booking guest are required.
✔ Security Deposit Hold - A $500 hold will be placed as a refundable security deposit.
✔ Early Check-In / Late Check-Out - Available upon request, pending availability. Each is offered for a $30 fee and must be arranged in advance.

Starter pack of essentials included:
✔ 2 rolls of toilet paper
✔ 1 roll of paper towels
✔ 1 box of Kleenex

Great location for accessing the whole lake region. Comfortable and roomy. Everything we needed for the stay.

Unit is on a street more commercial than residential.Barking dogs are next door. Access to Hill Lake is .10 of a mile away, across yards, a low wooden bridge & down an overgrown path. No kayaks in sight, only 1 overturned rowboat & paddleboat. fire pit is overgrown & needs TLC. Outdoor area’s cushions are dirty; furniture rusting & flaking. Indoor dining offers 4 stools & a cafe table. Living area with Smart TV & couch is the best asset. The wi-fi works great there, but spotty in bedrooms. Recliner is broken & could not be un-reclined. Mattresses are okay; king sized bed squeaks a lot. Generally, kitchen works. We had an issue with coffee maker & it was replaced in 2 days.The cabinets don’t all close & there’s not a knife there that can cut an onion. Pots & pans are old. Biggest issue is the plumbing. Tiny shower & floor buckles up & down. There are signs to not put anything down toilets but toilet paper & to only use cold water in the washing machine. DONE! Still, something happened. When we got home, brown sludge was in the bathtub & shower stall; water over the floors in both bathrooms. Toilets would not flush. A handyman came, but could do nothing. A plumbing company came out next day & got everything working. I asked for a service to clean the disgusting sludge; could not come for two days. I did a cold water wash & water bubbled up in the kitchen sink. We decided that we were not staying. I asked for some consideration on the price given the plumbing event, but nada!

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry the stay did not meet your expectations! For clarity, when the plumbing issue was reported, we arranged for a plumber to come as soon as possible and also offered a cleaning service to address the bathtub and shower, which was declined. The plumbing company subsequently resolved the issue and restored everything to working order. When the coffee maker stopped working, we promptly ordered a replacement using the fastest delivery option available. Prior to the stay, you also asked about shortening the reservation. We explained the property’s minimum stay requirement and offered the option to cancel or proceed with the original reservation, and you chose to continue with the booking. We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. We’re always looking for ways to improve and provide our guests with a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and we’ll certainly take your feedback into consideration moving forward. Thank you!
