Access to the Upstairs Suite is through the front door. Access to the Basement Suite is through the entrance door on the side of the home.
There is no joining access to the basement from the upstairs from inside the home.
We will do our best at answering your questions as quickly as possible. Please refer to our house manual if you have any questions, as you will notice that we went into great detail to answer most of your questions.
Parkallen is a quiet neighbourhood, located near the Southgate Shopping Centre and University of Alberta South Campus. A splash park, playground, coffee shop, and ice cream shop are nearby.
Free parking is available in front of the home and down the street. Transit options include: Bus, LRT, Uber, Taxi's, e-bikes, and e-scooters.

✦ Please note ✦ We do require a $750 CAD refundable damage deposit to be paid after a reservation is confirmed along with a digital signature on our rental agreement. The refundable security deposit is simply a pre-authorization on the payment method on file and will be refunded after check-out (granted that there is no missing items, damages etc. to our home after your stay). Please note that Mystique Properties reserves the right to charge a higher amount up to a maximum of $1,000 to the method of payment on file if the damage deposit is insufficient to cover a claim.

✦ Please remember that you are staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.
✦ Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be cancelled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed. - This is a NON-PARTY home. If there is evidence of a party happening at the property, the booking will be immediately canceled and no refunds shall be given. A fee of $500 will be applied.
- Guest's account must have a verified direct phone number on their profile which will be checked prior to reservation. If host cannot directly contact guest on their phone number listed on their profile, the host reserves the right to cancel the reservation prior to it beginning.
- No smoking of any kind (cigarette, marijuana or vaping) - a $250 fee will be charged if the property smells of smoke, or any evidence is found that smoking occurred inside the property.
- The maximum occupancy on this property is 12 people. Any additional guests that arrive without permission will be vacated off the property for trespassing. All guests must be declared on the reservation. Any unregistered guests will be charged a $40 additional guest fee per person.
- Additional cleaning fees may be applied if the house is left messy and unorderly. Please follow check out procedures prior to departure.
- Late check-out fee of $50 will be applied if you have not vacated the property 30 minutes after 11 AM check out unless prior permission is granted from the host. If check out is more than 2 hours late, you will be charged for an additional day and will be charged at our base nightly rate of $90, but this does not award you to stay for the additional day as this could impact other reservations.
- Any violation of the house rules could be grounds for immediate termination and removal from the property without a refund.

The house was perfect for our two families, myself and my husband were in the basement suite then our daughter, son in-law and their 3 girls were in the upper levels. The house is well equipped and the instructions were very clear. The location was very central and the neighborhood is quiet. The only criticism would be the sheet for the pullout sofa smelled like it hadn’t been washed and the debris under the sofa could be addressed
