SeaBottle Wishes cottage is the perfect backdrop for your unique and memorable family beach getaway. Located mere steps away from the pristine white sand beaches and Emerald waters of Crystal Beach, this perfect beach cottage boasts 1 queen bedroom, 1 bath, hallway bunk beds, and a sofa bed--catering perfectly to families. Take in that ocean air from the balcony or take a short stroll to the community pool or beach for a day of sun and surf.

THE SPACE

SeaBottle Wishes is located just a short stroll from beach access and restaurants; the perfect location offers easy access to all the many land and sea activities that the Destin area has to offer. Accommodating up to 6 guests (maximum 4 adults), this cottage offers a cozy and memorable getaway. Ask us about our twin unit upstairs which, together with this unit, can accommodate groups of up to 12 (8 adults max)!

Laundry facilities are available onsite and the cottage offers a fully equipped kitchen, so you'll be able to easily whip up some quick snacks or prepare a tasty meal. High-speed WiFi and smart TVs with cable included help ensure you can have a perfect movie night together after an amazing day of adventures.

PARKING
Please note that 2 spots are available per unit. Guests must print the parking passes sent as part of the check-in instructions and place them on the driver's side dashboard. Cars without parking passes will be towed by the HOA.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

Your safety matters. One security camera is located at the front door. It is outward facing and does not point into the interior.

Your total reservation fee for this home includes a per-booking damage waiver fee, including any applicable taxes. The damage waiver ensures coverage for any accidental damage caused to the home or its contents, including appliances and furnishings, up to a maximum of $1,500. Damage due to smoking and pets is excluded. To benefit from this coverage, you must report the incident to the host before you check out.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancel 30+ days before arrival: 100% refund (minus Processing Fee)

Cancel 14+ days before arrival: 50% refund (minus Processing Fee)

Cancel fewer than 14 days before arrival: No refund

A non-refundable 4% Processing Fee applies to all reservations and is not returned in the event of cancellation.

★HOUSE RULES★

This property requires a separate rental agreement to be reviewed and signed after booking. A link to the full agreement will be sent through the Airbnb message thread in your booking confirmation. It includes guest and property details, stay dates, fees, house rules (e.g., no parties, no smoking, pet rules), cancellation terms, and guest/host responsibilities. Please note that check-in instructions will only be released after the rental agreement is signed.

☞︎ No smoking is allowed (including vape). If you smoke inside the home you will be charged $250. You will be charged an increase in cleaning fee, and you will be charged for any damages.

☞︎ No pets are allowed. We love our furries as much as you, but no pets are allowed due to allergies. If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $250 and you will be asked to leave.

☞︎ Person booking and checking in must be at least 25 years old to reserve and must occupy the rental property throughout the whole booking.

☞︎ Please do not use Flushable Wipes. We have good plumbing but it does not handle flushable wipes well. Clogged toilets due to flushable wipes will result in a plumbing service charge of $250, with an additional $250 if the services are required after hours.

☞︎ Use of the pool is AT YOUR OWN RISK. The hosts are NOT responsible for any injuries that result from the use of the swimming pool.

☞︎ Please do not remove furniture from the unit, including patio chairs.

☞︎ No parties are allowed.

☞︎ No excessive noise after 10 pm or before 8 am.

☞︎ Maximum occupancy of 6 people (4 adults). Off-site visitors are not permitted without prior permission and are subject to a $100 fee per extra guest.

☞︎ We follow our stated cancellation policies under all circumstances. We highly recommended guests purchase travel insurance to cover weather related issues (tropical storms, hurricanes, etc.) and illnesses that may arise and interrupt travel.

☞︎Boats, trailers of any kind & scooters (2 and 3 wheel), motorhomes/campers are not permitted in the community.

☞︎Please do not hang towels on balconies or railings. Please hang them inside.

☞︎ You give permission to the host to use a third-party to screen your identity and check criminal databases to confirm your reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest screening can be provided upon request. You may receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox for this email and contact the host if you have any questions.

☞︎ If an item is left behind, we're happy to help return it. A $75 flat fee applies to locate, package, and ship forgotten items within the continental U.S. Payment is required before the item is shipped. Additional fees may apply for oversized, heavy, or expedited shipments. Items not requested within 14 days may be donated or discarded at our discretion.

☞︎Unapproved late checkouts may result in a $50 fee per hour (or partial hour) past the scheduled checkout time. If the delay interferes with the cleaning schedule or the next guest's arrival, additional charges may apply.
