Enjoy a great vacation in this two-story, five bedroom, three and half bath home. This home is located in the award-winning Ocean Lakes Family Camping Resort. The house is conveniently located less than 100 yards to the beach, water park, pool, basketball court, playground, shuffleboard, horseshoes, recreation center, putt-putt, snack bar, and a short walk or golf cart ride to the camp store.

Located on a quiet street across from a canal, the house features five bedrooms: Four Queens and a bunkbed room with two sets of bunkbeds. Sit on the covered porch and enjoy the views. The kitchen is fully-equipped. The house has a washer and dryer on the main level. There is an outside enclosed shower area with hot and cold water and plenty of parking underneath the house. Enjoy free Wi-Fi service.

Ocean Lakes Family Campground has several beautiful pools, including the new water park amenities at Sandy Harbor. A large sun deck that includes reclining chairs for sunbathing and several kiddie pools and Sandy Harbor Splash Zone. The pool deck is surrounded by landscaping and is part of the Sandy Harbor Family Fun Center with restrooms and changing areas. Enjoy a meal or snack at Sandy Harbor Cafe adjacent to the pools and Sandy Harbor Mini-Golf. Certified lifeguards are on duty during the summer season. Ocean Lakes takes great care with its pools, which are serviced daily. The ā€œAll-Seasonsā€ indoor pool is open year round and is heated in the winter time.

Security is 24/7 and strictly enforced quiet hours in ocean lakes is between 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.

All guests must register with Ocean Lakes and obtain a parking pass. This is a $12 per/day/night, per vehicle fee which is paid to Ocean Lakes. This parking pass allows ALL visitors to enjoy ALL the amenities of the campground making this a true value.

Towels and linens not included. Linen service can be arranged for an additional fee (around $190).

Plenty of room for 7 people. Great deck space. Excellent location. Easy walk to beach or quick golf cart drive. House was clean and beds comfortable. Having 3 1/2 baths was great for 2 families and kids.

This beach property is wonderful for my family! It had all of the amenities that we needed. The canal view from the deck was everything! It was so peaceful and healing, while sitting there with my morning coffee watching the ducks. It was near the beach and resort amenities. We plan on coming again!

Great vacation

Everything was within walking distanceā€™s which was helpful. Everything we needed we had at Ocean Lakes. The grandkids had a ball at the beach, pool and playground. Even the golf cart rides were loved by them. No complaints! We made lots of family memories!

Perfect location and house

We have been staying at Ocean Lakes for years and this stay was one of if not the best. Plenty of room for the family. We were so close to the pool and the beach without being on a heavy traffic road. I HIGHLY recommend this spot to anyone with a group big or small! The host was wonderful and responsive!

Nothing less than Perfect!!

This property was perfect! The property owner was so kind and easy to work with, the house was super clean and laid out so well, beautiful decor, and comfortable furniture. The central vac system was great and made vacuuming so easy! There wasnā€™t anything we needed that wasnā€™t there. Hope to get back there soon!

Family vacation

Our family had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful house for our vacation this year. We try to stay at ocean lakes every year (it's a great place for family vacations) and again we loved it! Even though we always have a great time, this may have been our favorite house we've ever stayed in. The house was beautiful, had plenty of room for our big family, an ideal location near the beach and pool and the hosts were easy to deal with. Mark checked in on us before and during the trip to make sure everything was going smoothly and was helpful beforehand to get our parking passes and any other details necessary. Thank you for sharing your home with us and we hope to stay again sometime!

Perfect vacation home

This is our second year staying in this home and we have ready booked with this property again for next year. We are a family of 9 and there is so much room for us all. The home is just streets away from the beach, pool and arcade.

Perfect!

Home is set up perfectly for a multi-family or in our case multi-generational stay. First floor had a queen bedroom with full bath as well as a half bath. Upstairs had two bedrooms with a jack and jill bathroom that offered privacy from the two other bedrooms and their shared bath in the hallway. The kitchen was fully equipped. Anything we needed for family meals was provided. The location to the beach, pool and other ammenities was spot on. Close to everything but on a side street that didnt see a lot of traffic. Even with the weather being a challenge our 18 year old said it was one of the best vacations ever. Owner was easy to work with and look forward to staying again in the future!

Awesome Property

Great Family Vacation

Loved this house. Great location on the campground meant we didnā€™t need to get the 2 golf carts we normally do for the 8 of us. Quick walk to the beach, pool, and activity center.

Great house and great location

The property is wonderful and Iā€™m a great location to the playground. We came for the holiday weekend, so trick or treating was a blast. The house was close enough to the festivities but not in the middle making it a perfect location to escape to if the toddlers became overwhelmed. Mark, the owner, was a pleasure to work with and very communicative before and during the stay.

Perfect Beach House

There were 9 of us 5 adults 1 teen 3 kids and we had ample room. We have been staying at OL for years and this property AC was the best all the other homes were always hot and miserable. The price is affordable especially durinf these times. The communication was amazing with the owner and house was perfect. We already have next year vacation booked with this property. I highly recommend this home for your next OL vacation.
