Payment Terms:

A $102.50 Refundable Security Deposit is required by credit card to Secure/Confirm a reservation. Security Deposit is refunded after your departure, baring any damage deductions. The Security Deposit is not applied to the Rental Amount due.

Full Rental Payment must be received 30 business days prior to Check-In.

We accept Personal Checks for rental fees, Visa, Mastercard & Discover for payment. Note: A 2.5% processing fee is applied to all credit card payments.
