The pool was wonderful and the condo had what we needed. The condo was all very clean, but very dark. The host was communicative until the stay was over. When we got home I realized I had left an item behind; I sent an email of this fact and she never responded.

We stayed Friday-Monday. We utilized the free parking spot although we definitely walked everywhere once we figured out how close it all was. The condo was clean. Easy check in and out. I appreciated that the fridge water worked and there was a coffee pot. The shower pressure is amazing. The complex was quiet. The pool was nice but does get busy and fill up. There are pool towels in the condo. The fitness room is literally just a treadmill, elliptical, and recumbent bike which was disappointing but I made do. There were basic essentials (linens, toilet paper, shower soaps) but no tissues or laundry detergent but Alexandra responded promptly, stating those items would be refilled for the next guests. Would stay here again!

A lovely home

A wonderful place for a couple to relax and spend time at a family wedding. Comfy and cozy with a great outdoor patio. Excellent communications with the gracious host. Be sure to tell your driver the building is located on the North Parkway Ave side as the entire Maya complex is huge.

Great condo, great location

This was a fabulous condo, very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. It was very easy to find the parking space and unit. Location was great as well, very close to Old Town and lots of areas for walking!

My friend and I came to Scottsdale for a surprise party. The place was perfect for us. We enjoyed the pool during the day and walked to Old Town in the evening!

Comfortable Condo

Quiet older complex with shopping and restaurants nearby. The condo apartment was up to date with good AC. Has an enclosed private patio area which was a nice place to hang out in the evening. Also had a pool and large hot tub (in a separate area from the pool).

The host did not provide any arrival details and that set the tone for this rental experience. We had to contact VRBO and VRBO had to contact the host to get the property access information. We have stayed at quite a few rentals in the past and the host usually reaches out as soon as we book the property. We normally get detailed arrival information that includes instructions to access to the property at least a day before but no later than first thing on the day of arrival. I guess this host is inexperienced.The property is pretty drab and gloomy. Lot of weird building noises and noise from upstairs neighbors. There is also a lot of dirt on the walls from the air conditioner vents. This is due to a filthy dirty A/C filter that had not been changed in a very long time. We hope we donā€™t get sick from this dirty A/C system. We had to limit our time in the unit ad our asthma was triggered by the dirty air.We will not stay at this property again especially since there is plenty of inventory in Old Town Scottsdale. We do not recommend this property.See attached photos.

It was cold when we stayed in January and there was only one light blanket on the bed. They did bring us two more twin sized light blankets, but it was still not enough. Everything else was adequate.

Plusses: Walking distance to Old Town, shops and restaurants; comfortable bed and pleasant livingroom. Minuses: Bathroom has broken fan, bathtub stopper and shower door, no Kleenex. Kitchen had dripped food in the oven, poor lighting, no tea kettle, no paper towels. There were no instructions of any kind and not a single piece of information about Scottsdale, like a simple map of Old Town.

Clean, secure and great location!

The unit was as advertised, clean, and a great place to stay overall! The owner communicated all the particulars in a responsive manner and without delay. The pool was an highlight, only a stones throw away from the unit. The grounds were very clean and secure. There are communal BBQs available for use. The pull out bed is comfortable and there are plenty of pillows and blankets. The kitchen has a few pots and pans and we were able to do quite a bit of simple cooking. I would only suggest a couple things: replace the kitchen table chairs, and the patio chairs. The seat height of the kitchen table chairs is far too high, making it impossible to sit and eat. The patio chairs are not comfortable and too old as the elastic components of the chairs are near breaking. Thank you for having usā€¦we enjoyed our stay!

Not too Big Not too Small

The condo is located quite nicely to Old Town Scottsdale and several excellent restaurants are very close. Getting the final details for checking into the condo through the VRBO App was a problem because the app was not working and the little circle just kept going round and round. Thankfully, a maintenance guy asked if he could help us and sent a text to others that help manage condos there. A phone number should always be given with the registration to forgo those types of problems! Also, need to update the tourist magazines, I mean, come on brochures from 2021? The leaf blowing to clean up the outside went on for way too long and actually blew leaves into the condo! The dining table is stylish but you need to be able to sit and put your legs under the table- something is mismatched. One last thing a guide needs to be left of how to use the living room TV. With all that being said, we would probably stay there again!
