Terrific location and value

Enjoyed our 3 nights in this spacious and well-located unit. Being right next to the resort parking lots, many shops, restaurants, made for a fun stay in the Beaver Creek area.

Perfect getaway!

Stayed four nights with our family and itwas perfect! Parking for skiing was close and even paid the extra to park at Beaver Creek one day which was amazing. Having so many dinning options downstairs was really nice after skiing.familyfamily.lrecommend.

Beautiful Avon Condo

Great condo in a great location. Immaculate, well furnished, and comfortable. Some growing pains as owner enters the short term rental market - but will undoubtedly get better with experience and Topper seems like a nice guy!

Perfect Place for Small Family

We stayed here with our family of 4 and had the perfect stay! Parking in the garage was included and the elevator took us right to our car. The apartment was well stocked with cooking utensils. Washer/dryer was really nice to have. Plenty of room in the condo with a beautiful view. Very cozy. Highly recommend for a ski vacation!

Great location, easy access to bus line for Beaver Creek. Parking is convenient. Many great shops and restaurants in the building. The apartment is well-equipped and clean. Great views. Beds are comfortable. Great communication with the owner. Would stay here again!

Good place to stay for skiing at Beaver Creek!

Good location with easy access to the Riverfront Gondola / Beaver Creek resort. However, when we arrived, the property was not cleaned. Bed linens were still on beds from the previous guests; used towels in bathrooms; dirty dishes and trash in the kitchen. The property was finally cleaned next day.

Easy Access to Beaver Creek

The unit was perfect for 3 of us. It had everything we needed. The skier express shuttle was about 50 yards from where we exited the building so that was wonderful. It leaves every 15 minutes . The City Market was a 200 yard walk away which was very convenient. We ordered take out from a couple of places and could walk to pick it up. The unit was very clean when we arrived. It worked well for 3 adults. The property owner was very responsive and informative.

Great condo, ok location, super friendly and helpful owner

Decent sized two bedroom. A tad on smallish size but laid out really well. Very cute decor and comfortable beds. On the bus route to beaver creek, but location is above strip mall, a good half hour plus door to slopes. As others mentioned it can get really warm in condo. Owner was super friendly, flexible and very responsive. If it was in a slightly better location would be five star but then you'd probably pay more!

Great Condo in downtown Avon!

The condo was very clean and comfortable. While we didn't spend too much time there, or use the kitchen at all, the condo was perfect for our needs. The beds were comfortable, and the linens were plentiful. Nice small exercise room in the building. The owner was easy to work with and very responsive. Highly recommend!

It was a good stay over all.

Property heat setting is very hot. Airflow limited. Sunset into unit without adequate cooling option. Opening windows in the night time not an ideal option to resolve heat in winter. Someone parked in our spot for the whole week. We would have had them towed if there weren't alternative guest parking.

Perfect location and apartment

Great location for skiing Beaver Creek and not bad for Vail, although have to walk a little to shuttle bus. Apartment is comfortable and has everything you need. Karl Sent is good to deal with and gave perfect, detailed instructions to gain access. Thanks for a great holiday.

Great condo for a ski trip

The owner was great to work with. The condo is wonderful for 2 couples since each bedroom has it's own bathroom and is separated by the main living space. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you could need. Parking underground was an added plus. The location is perfect for catching the bus to Beaver Creek ski area. It's less than a 5 minute walk from the condo. There are very good restaurants within walking distance of the condo. The condo was clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend this condo. We stayed here 2 weeks before and had a few issues that were completely resolved by the time we visited now. The owner was very attentive to our concerns.

The property was a great location for us, especially since it was in close proximity to our son.

Very nice views from the balcony. Large and spacious bedrooms and the living area. Great covered parking facility. Very convenient to local restaurants, shops and to Beaver Creek. Negatives - 3:15 a.m. wake-up from the snow plows clearing the parking lot - on the positive side, at least we had ease of driving around. Coffee maker was not cleaned from the previous tenant, there were also dirty dishes in the dish washer. The pillows were also very uncomfortable. Could use some kind of heaters in the bathrooms. We also had trouble trying to cool the place down at nighttime. Even though we turned the thermostats down, the heaters still came on overnight.

Perfect Location and Very Convenient

Our family enjoyed our recent stay @ the Capel Square Condo as the place is perfectly located in the heart of Avon, walking distance to the grocery store as well as the ski rentals and most importantly for us Beaver Creek Resort! The condo is very well equipped with everything needed to have an enjoyable stay. The owner was very accommodating, a pleasure to work with and check in and check out was incredibly easy. When we travel to the Vail Valley in the future we'll stay here again! Thanks for a great stay at your property in Chapel Square.

Comfy great priced condo in the best location ever.

This is a small but functional two bedroom condo in the heart of Avon. It is very convenient--close to great restaurants, right on the shuttle to Beaver Creek ski area, and also within walking distance of the gondola. It has enough kitchen utensils to create a small meal, TV and audio equipment are great, indoor parking is included, and the fireplace really adds to the vibe. The owner was very gracious in contacting us to make sure that we had all the information we needed for a great stay. All in all great value!

Cheap easy access to Beaver Creek

Me and a few friends stayed for a 3 day weekend at Topper's property. Walking from the condo to the new Gondola in Avon was about a 5-10 min walk, and saved us from parking hassle and money. Conditions were great, and the place was comfortable for 4 (2 ppl share a bed, 2 ppl with their own). Nice kitchen, good speakers, everything was great! For the price and location, its hard to beat.

Great Location 4.5 stars

We found this to be in a great location for access to Beaver Creek & Vail, with walking distance to groceries, restaurants and other shops in Avon. The heated garage was really nice. The condo was well stocked with dishes, cookware, etc. Our host was very responsive to questions we had before coming, and checked with us to make sure our access was smooth, which it was. Our MINOR issues would be a lack of towel rack on one side of the double sink, which would give more countertop space in the bathroom and the dining table is a bit bulky and awkward. There was not a great view of anything, but overall it was a very pleasant experience and I would highly recommend this unit for the price in the BC area.

Great host and great place

The owner is a great host. He proactively communicates and checks in on us to make sure we have everything we need to access the property and have a great stay. The property is well kept, clean and cozy. I would definitely rent this place again when I come back.
