Nothing but the best in this luxury home. Kitchen and baths redone in top-of-the-line finishes. High-end furnishings and bedding, fully-stocked and enlarged kitchen allows you to prepare family meals, or walk to the many great restaurants in Avon.

This condo is large - 1920 square feet (2nd floor-NO elevator) with two floors and is located at the base of Beaver Creek Ski Resort in the charming town of Avon. A walk-out balcony provides breathtaking views of Beaver Creek and Bachelor Gulch Ski Mountains, and a gas grill allows you to cook while you take in the view.

The Condominium is perfect for one or multiple families and large groups. The bedrooms feature a king bedroom downstairs and two queen/queen bedrooms upstairs. All bedrooms have private baths. The bedding is luxurious and cozy.

The onsite management company provides check-in, linens, firewood, maid service and on-call maintenance. The condo community has a heated swimming pool, three hot tubs, a sauna, and tennis courts. The free private shuttle bus service takes you directly to Beaver Creek Riverfront Gondola and Vail Lionshead to make your ski trip easier and more convenient. The community is one of the few adjacent to the beautiful Nottingham Lake and Park with its jogging/walking/biking trail which provide outdoor activities winter and summer.

The Condo is within walking distance to absolutely everything in Avon. The city of Avon boasts many restaurants and bars, shopping, groceries, spas and beauty salons. The indoor Rec Center is steps away, offering workout facilities, group exercise classes, a lap pool, and a heated water park. The full-service library is right next door. Avon provides free bus service throughout the town and a bus stop is located right outside the property. The town of Vail and its ski area are an easy ten minute drive, or use the free shuttle on the property!

We're obviously excited about the Condo, the community and the town. Everything you need to have a fabulous vacation is right here at our front door. We hope you'll accept our invitation to share our mountain retreat.

The unit marked all the correct boxes except the property management of the unit was not did not meet expectations. The kitchen was not stocked with all basic utencils, only 2 towels, no dishwasher soap, no extra garbage bags. Bathrooms upstairs had only 2 small soaps for shower and sinks. No shampoo, conditioner or body wash. In units of this high of quality in other mountain towns kitchens are well stocked and the bathrooms are stocked like a high end hotel. Also there were burnt out outside lights leading up to the unit making it dark. I spend a lot of time in condos of this quality that are much better managed. We had no complaints on the condo itself or the quality of all the furnishes.

Our host was great, responding in a prompt manner to any messages we sent and also in providing our check-in information in a timely manner. The amenities in our condo were as described. The pantry was well stocked, the bedrooms were spacious, and the furniture in the living area was comfortable.

This condo was perfectly equipped for a fun weekend for 3 families. We especially loved the big circle dining room table that fit everyone. The two bedrooms upstairs were so big and spacious. Would absolutely come back, and highly recommend to others.

The whole place was beautiful! Thankful for the washer and dryer. Close to restaurants and shopping, and the ski slopes when there's snow on the mountains. The house was roomy and comfortable, and the view from the porch was beautiful .

Great family stay for a lacrosse tournament

Three generations of family spent four days in the Avon/Edwards area for our granddaughter’s team’s lacrosse tournament. This property served us so well as our home base and accommodated our needs so comfortably. The amenities were a nice bonus to help us function and feel at home.

Great location and great stay

The condo was even nicer in person. The shuttle bus to the Beaver Creek Gondola and bus to Vail were awesome. *small* criticism, the toaster and toaster oven did not work. And, the shade in the front facing bedroom needs to be fixed, one shade won't go up and one shade won't go down. I would stay here again - even if I can't make toast :-)

A nice get away!

A planned trip with family went very well. A few blocks from the gondola was made easier with a free shuttle for going to the slopes and returning. The shuttle would stop from 1030-2 for the driver to have a break. So when the kids got tired I’m that time frame we were able to take the bus around which was also free. It was longer but you got to see more of the town. The condo was great although it was second story which going to the slopes in our gear was a little bit of a pain especially when tired from skiing. The fireplace inside was great and very enjoyable with a vast amount of wood available. The kids enjoyed watching tv and playing games at the big dining table. Plenty of room for cooking in the kitchen and the beds were fantastic. Overall we had a blast and would stay again!

ski trip

We had an amazing stay at Beaver Creek Luxury Condo. We had plenty of room and the property was more than I expected. It had anything you could need for cooking before and after a day skiing. The beds and furniture was so comfortable. The communication with our host Paula was excellent. She was always quick to respond. The location was awesome! So close to beaver creek and Vail. We didn't need the shuttle as we had one non-skier who was our driver but shuttle would have been easy. Hot tub and pool area clean and roomy. I will rent here again when I ski beaver creek. Perfect for families!

Great location and amenities

We had a very nice 4 night stay at this unit over the last week. This is our second stay and we were very happy we returned. Beaver Creek is a 7 minute shuttle ride away and the stop is right out side the property.The free shuttle to Vail was also a very nice perk.Enough space for multiple families to stay together and have common meals around the huge round table in the living room (Complete with a lazy susan). We will definitely be staying again when we visit Beaver Creek next.

Good overall

Property is as described and pictured in the listing. Few dining options close by but the free ski shuttle was very timely and convenient. We were disappointed to return from a long day skiing to find that the property did not provide wash cloths or shampoo.

Spacious & convenient!

Loved staying at this unit! It was spacious and was wall accommodating for our group of 5! Paula was very responsive to my messages. Best part was the beaver creek west condominium shuttle service right to Avon Station right at the front door! Very well equipped kitchen!

Great location for skiing getaway

Outside of making sure you are comfortable hauling ski gear up to a 2nd story entrance, this condo included access to a shuttle that allowed for fast access up to Beaver Creek. This worked great for our family! We enjoyed our time in Avon and would rent here again.

Great condo

This condo was lovely…the host, Paula, was great to work with and very accommodating. The condo is very nicely decorated and the kitchen is exceptionally well equipped. The VRBO pictures of the condo are exactly what you will see when you arrive. Very happy we chose this condo and it’s so close to everything and to Nottingham Lake.

Nice Stay

Spent a few nights in the mountains (first time during the summer) with my family. The property was well-maintained and, in parts, remodeled. Bedding was clean and comfortable. Overall a very nice stay.

Golf vacation

Unit was nice. The two TV's upstairs did not work. The first had a badly distorted picture and was unwatchable. The second would not even turn on. We didn't spend a lot of time in the unit so it was not a major problem.
