Kitchen was fully stocked. It was a great stay. Only recommendation is putting another lock on the main door. Our 2 year old was tall enough to unlock it and she kept trying to get outside.

There was no hot tub.That was the main reason I chose this condo. The couch was worn out. The matress was shot on the pull out. On the most part it was clean. Bathroom vent was dusty in ceiling. Baseboads and doors needed a deep clean. The shower in main bathroom was slow draining.none of the clocks had batteries. Other than that it was a nice comfy place. Plenty of space for us.Location was great. We enjoyed the patio.

The place was nice and it was clean. Good location. The only problem we had was we weren’t told where the lockbox was located to get the key, it’s on the pole behind you when you’re facing the door. We were worried at first we’d been scammed. So I think communication from the owner could have been better. No response when I left a voice message or text. But we found the key and all was well.

Branson Birthday Weekend

We appreciated the place. Communication was on point. Finding the property was easy. The place itself is below the parking level. The place is very clean. Beds are comfortable. There’s minimal plates, glasses and silverware. Minimal pots and pans. I had to buy a colander. The can opener is handheld and doesn’t work. There is an iron, which is a plus for me. I’m not sure what the people do upstairs but it sounded like a washing machine and it ran at all times of the day and night. All in all, we enjoyed our stay. The place is great.

Good location. Fits description.

The condo fit the description and looked like the photos. It was conveniently located within 15-20 minutes from everything we did. The condo had mostly everything we needed for our stay and we felt like we were in a safe neighborhood. The downside is, there is no sleep to be had here. Unfortunately there are several AC units right outside the master bedroom that kick on and off all hours of the night. In addition, there is something the makes a loud knocking sound inside the apartment coming from what I assume to be the utility closet all night long as well. Last but not least, the master suit could use black out curtains. After being woken up 50 times from the ac units and the inside knocking sound, we were rudely woken up by the sun at the crack of dawn every morning. Bring earplugs and a sleep mask for peaceful sleep and you should be happy with everything else here.

Great place to stay!!

We had an absolutely fantastic time staying at the Cozy Branson Condo. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The communication with Jeff was smooth and prompt, making the booking process hassle-free.The space was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The amenities provided were top-notch, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.The location was perfect. We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options and attractions nearby.Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. We cannot recommend Cozy Branson Condo property highly enough. Thank you for such a memorable stay-we will definitely be back!

Not enough information

There is no description of the steps you must go down to get to the apartment. You have to go down 1 flight of stairs to get to the ground level of the apartment complex. This needs to be made aware of clearly in the description. The water faucet in the kitchen was leaking and in need of repair. The faucets in both bathrooms are too high and if you turn the water up to much you end up getting water everywhere. The water pressure was less than satisfactory. Not a bad place to stay but repairs and updates need to be made.

Branson Weekend

Condo was very clean and beds were very comfortable. Location was a little difficult to find and I didn’t realize we had to go down a flight of stairs to get to the first floor where we stayed. One bedroom did not have any lamps and no ceiling light. Be sure you bring your own hairdryer, and make sure you bring a coffee maker if you drink coffee. Coffee maker is very old and took a very long time to make a cup of coffee and very loud. Condo was very outdated and needs some updates. It’s a nice place to stay if you don’t want to lounge in condo.

Thanksgiving

Return vents need cleaning. Couldn't wash towels because there was no soap detergent. The thermostat needs to be reprogrammed. 62 is a little cold when it's in the 30's

Never again!!!

Was given wrong address after a very long ride. Rugs was nasty, toilet on mater floor barley flush, no remote in downstairs bedroom and blinds was broken in which anybody can see in. Booked 7 days but stayed 3, had to find a better place to stay in

Labor Day getaway

Decent location and property. Host very responsive to questions. It was very reasonably priced and perfect size for what we needed. A little maintenance would go a long way. Master bath tub handle rusted and came off. Outside patio dirty and grass not even mowed. Just some little things would help the overall experience.

Clean and comfortable

Nice place to stay. We enjoyed the patio area in the evening. Beds and pillows are comfortable. I would suggest clearer instructions on the location, where to find the key and that there are quite a few steps to get to the condo. You can’t see it from the parking lot and once we got to the condo we looked all around trying to find the lockbox and finally saw it on the beam behind us.

Nice Stay

The building was a little difficult to find and we did have to call the owner to locate the lockbox for the key, but the area was nice and clean. The condo itself was clean, everything was neat. The air conditioner was a little loud when it kicked on during the night but I'm not sure if that could be helped. I would recommend blackout curtains in the master bedroom as the sun streaming in at 6am was a little much. Overall the location is good and we felt comfortable in the condo. Thank you!

Great Branson Stay

The unit was very clean. We didnt use the kitchen but everything you need is there. Perfect distance from the Branson strip and not far from Branson Landing. Just know this unit is on the ground level, so be sure you are okay with stairs. After spending the day at Silver Dollar City, it was a bit painful going up and down the steps. That would not stop us from using this unit again. The pictures are perfect, what you see is what you get.
