I am the Property Manager.
Not yet able to retire, I brought my years of working experience to Costa Rica and am incorporating them into life by working through the Internet. I now property manage and rent several condominiums/villas at San Buenas Osa Golf Course where I live and several other houses in the neighboring communities of Uvita, Pinuela, Ojochal, San Buenadventura, Ballena, and Chontales.
I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Paralegal Studies/Criminology from the University of Maryland, a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Johns Hopkins University, and a Real Estate License from the State of Maryland. I have worked in large corporations, with high net-worth individuals as their personal assistant/manager, and have owned my own businesses for over 30 years.
I excel in merging my life experiences and professional skills with the opportunity to help other individuals, as well as small and large businesses. When I am not working, I stay busy learning Spanish, playing golf, meeting new people, and experiencing the beauty and adventures of the Southern Zone either on foot or by 4x4.
