Springs 11 is a sub-community in a master-planned gated community, The Springs. The parent district offers over 4,800 townhouses equipped with luxurious lifestyle amenities. The scenic lakes located at Street 9 and greenery are the highlights of the community, offering peace and tranquility to the residents.

The community boasts two pools, two children's play areas, two outdoor gyms, two basketball courts, and outdoor barbeque areas as well. You wouldn't run out of fun activities to do during your stay.
