Beautiful Spacious Updated Home For Fabulous Beach Vacation Near Manasota Key

Our very spacious (over 1,700 s.f.) 3 bedroom home sleeps 6 comfortably and is located in the wonderful town of Englewood, Florida on the Gulf Coast just minutes to Venice and 1 1/4 hours to Tampa. We are in Overbrook Gardens, near Manasota Key Beach.

The house has three bedrooms, two full baths, a screened lanai with built-in spa and fans. The kitchen is completely equipped with built-in microwave and dishwasher and space for two to eat at the counter. In the laundry room (separate) there is a washer and dryer.

There is a lovely backyard that is south facing and a fully screened lanai. The backyard is fully fenced for privacy (we do consider pets). The house also allows access to the Overbrook Gardens neighborhood boat ramp.

Within 1 1/2 miles (walk or drive through a quiet neighborhood) is beautiful Manasota Key Beach. See the website for great pictures, noted as one of the best beaches in the country.

Our Englewood vacation beach house is very roomy. The master bedroom is comfortably furnished and has a queen-size bed (sleeps two) with private full bath (tub/shower) and spacious walk-in closet. The second bedroom has queen sized bed and a comfortable chair. The third bedroom has twin sized trundle beds and also has a desk. All bedrooms have good-sized closets. The second bathroom is also full sized.

There is a full sized dining room with a table that comfortably seats 6-8 and the kitchen counter has stools to seat two. The living area is L-shaped and very large allowing a separate area for TV viewing with couch and chairs and a separate area with a couch and table, great for reading or conversation. The living rooms, dining room and kitchen all have high ceilings, adding to the spacious feel. The living room has a smart tv. There is a second tv in one of the bedrooms (which can be moved to either bedroom).

The home is fully and comfortably furnished, has a well-equipped kitchen, and the screened-in lanai has table and chairs and ceiling fans along with the fantastic built-in spa. There are beach chairs, beach towels, and a gas grill; everything you need for a relaxing vacation or winter respite! Just bring your bathing suit!

Our Englewood home is also very close to Venice and the beaches there. You can drive (about 10 minutes) to the Venice Pier and Sharkys where you can enjoy live music at night and watch the sunset.

Close to Busch Gardens in Tampa Florida. Only 1 1/2 hours to Walt Disney World Florida, Sea World Florida, and Universal Studios in Orlando Florida.

Our home in Englewood (Sarasota County) is just 4 miles south of Venice, and close to Sarasota, Ft. Myers and Tampa airports A small, seaside town that is just starting to be discovered. No high-rises, lovely beaches that stretch for miles, great fishing in Lemon Bay, quaint shops and galleries. Golf and tennis close by and a wide choice of restaurants, mini golf, bowling, and movie theaters. Shopping expeditions to nearby Venice, Sarasota or the largest indoor Mall in Southwest Florida located in Port Charlotte are all within easy driving distance

Nearby you can rent kayaks, boats, motor scooters, take a sunset pontoon cruise around our little offshore islands or go out on charter fishing expeditions. This area is world-renowned for its incredible fishing adventures. If golf is your passion, you are in the perfect location. There are numerous excellent courses within a short drive..There are also lots of places to play tennis! Day trips to Disney, Busch Gardens, Edison Home, Ringling Museum, Mote Marine, Selby Gardens, theatre and concerts may interest you.
