Great location to local restaurants and shops. Beach area was amazing and the sunsets. If you are looking for peace and quiet Manasota Key is the place.

It is absolutely a fabulous vacation and a fabulous property right smack. Dab on the gulf, we came for the boat, Races it was great. We had 6 adults. There's plenty of room for everybody. You can walk down the street to the store.orr a restaurant

The property was EXCELLENT. Location was great !! Loved the Pool. The check-in process with code should be confirmed by the host a day or 2 before check-in.

We absolutely loved our stay at Saltwater Serenity! We had more than enough space for our family of 5. The condo was clean and well organized with everything we needed and more! The location was perfect - We loved being just steps away from that beautiful beach! And the condo was centrally located to all of our vacation activities. Thanks for a great week! We hope to stay again when we return to the area.

This was one of the best-stocked kitchens for being able to prepare meals that we've experienced on a vacation. Everything was very clean and created a relaxed atmosphere. Water pressure in the showers was great. We didn't try the pool, so I can't comment on that - the ocean was more than enough to keep us amused and happy (lots of shark teeth). It was really nice that a shark tooth sifter was provided with the beach equipment (although it had a few broken wires so the screen needs to be replaced). We didn't find the beach umbrella that was supposed to have been provided, but we were close enough to the beach we didn't really need it. Thanks so much for a great week! :)

The Condo was amazing! Clean, updated, comfortable. Had everything we needed and then some. The very short walk to the beach was exactly what we wanted. So close to beach restaurants.Will definitely be back!

Such a beautiful place and being right in the beach was perfect. Cindi had everything we needed and communication was great! We will be back next year.

Modern Decor, all amenities & Beach

Well kept property on Beach, walk to 4 restaurants on Lemon Bay. The unit is decorated all modern and all nice kitchen and other supplies, more space than you can imagine! All units are on level 2, 3 or 4 floor above parking.

Beautiful condo! Great location with a wonderful pool and boardwalk to the beach. The complex also has a new tiki hut to grill out at, eat or watch the sunset. Parking is a little tight but it was manageable in our minivan and my husband’s SUV parked behind. The stairs are a little daunting when unloading but again, manageable. The condo is very comfortable, has everything you need and was very clean. We sincerely enjoyed our visit. Thank you for a great stay!

We had a wonderful visit to the property. It was even better than the pictures. Everything was very comfortable for our family of four. We had lots of beach equipment and towels to use. The room is a very short 2 minute walk to the beach. The parking spot was directly under the unit and in the shade which was nice. Everything was perfect! We will return in the future.

Excellent

This was, hands down, our best visit and best rental in Manasota. The stairs were a bit daunting at first, but the amazing views made the climb worth the effort. Everything in the unit felt new, fresh and clean. Each of the 3 balconies has a lovely view of the gulf or the bay, so sunrises and sunsets were wonderful. We very much appreciated the pool on the few days where red tide made the beach impossible. Overall, we had such a great time that we have already booked for 2026.

Beautiful!!! Felt like home but better because of being on the beach!My only complaint was cleaning supplies were not part of the deal…we had to purchase our own. To me, it would give renters the incentive to keep it clean on a daily basis. Then again not everyone wants to clean on vacation like some of us haha!All in all it was wonderful!!! Already booked for next year!!!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was ideal, within walking distance to charming local restaurants and in a great area for both family vacations and adult getaways. The property itself was clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully stocked with everything needed while traveling. There was plenty of space, allowing everyone to feel comfortable and have their own area to relax. The sunsets were absolutely amazing and truly made the experience even more memorable
