Paradise Pavilion: Grill, Picnic & Play by Pool !

Summary:
This is the ultimate staycation home near Charlotte. In just the backyard are: a pool, loungers, half basketball court, pavilion with food prep area/fridge/half bath, picnic seating for 16, ping pong, corn hole, grill, fire pit and 4 egg chairs. The home features a dining table for 16, chef’s kitchen, beverage station, 4 themed bedrooms, foosball table, air hockey, play nook, reading nook, new furniture & mattresses, 6 new TVs, 4 full bathrooms & a massive mudroom! Only 20 minutes to uptown Charlotte

The Space:
First... location. You cannot pick a better area. Just 1 mile off I-77 and less than two miles from Costco, Walmart, movie theater and nearly any restaurant you can think of. In 20-25 minutes you can leave your house and be in the Bank of America stadium parking lot tailgating! Want to get away for the weekend? Lake Norman is just down the road (literally). This property sits on 1 acre and provides lots of privacy.

Backyard: The centerpiece to this property is the backyard. The backyard features an 8 ft deep pool, a half basketball court, numerous pool loungers to soak up the sun, and the ultimate poolside pavilion.

The pavilion features a food prep area (microwave, sink, counter space, and cabinets/drawers), outdoor full size refrigerator with freezer, 5-burner propane gas grill, 4 picnic tables to seat 16 people, outdoor fans and lighting, windows, regulation ping pong table and a half bathroom for convenience. Behind the pavilion is a fenced-in backyard with a fire pit (folding chairs stored in pavilion). The entire back area is fenced in.

Next to the pavilion is another covered area off the house. This area provides additional privacy and four comfortable and stylish egg chairs.

The house was custom-curated with almost all new furniture and all new mattresses.

Bottom Level:

Kitchen/Dining Area: The kitchen is a chef's dream with granite countertops, tons of prep space and a center island with 2 barstools. There is a large gas stove top, microwave and oven (with warming drawer). The kitchen is open to the dining area, which features a beautiful dining table that seats 16 guests comfortably. In addition, there is a 55" smart TV in the kitchen/dining area to watch your favorite game while cooking or eating. The kitchen is completely stocked with everything you need for a delicious meal.

Living Room: The living room features a 65" smart TV over the gas fireplace, two love seats, a sofa, 5 chairs, and a coffee table that includes 4 additional stools…lots of seating. There is a shelf with board games and card games.

Main bedroom: The main bedroom is huge and themed with colors and features from the nearby Lake Norman. This room features a king bed, 55" smart TV, large walk-in closet, dresser, work station and an en-suite large bathroom. The main bathroom features a dual vanity sink, stand up shower, soaker tub and a beautiful bench. The walk-in closet is large enough to store a new high-tech bassinet, baby tub, iron and ironing board.

Bedroom downstairs: The second bedroom downstairs has a NASCAR theme and features a queen bed and 43" smart TV. It’s near 2 full bathrooms down the hall.

Bathrooms downstairs: In addition to the master bathroom, there are two other full bathrooms downstairs. One bathroom features a shower/tub combo and the other is a newly renovated bathroom with a standup shower.

Other areas downstairs: There is a washer/dryer combo in the hallway leading outside. The beautiful giant mud room will most likely be the point of entry, as it is spacious and can store so much; it’s nestled right between the kitchen and living room.

Upstairs:
There is a large open landing area when going upstairs. This landing features a foosball table, air hockey table, and 4 chairs. On the other side is a neat tiny space that serves as a reading nook at the window. As you look out the window on a sunny or rainy day, enjoy your favorite book with your favorite coffee or tea…all by yourself. Don’t forget to use the full-length mirror on your way out to a memorable night!

Bedroom #1 upstairs: There is a very large bedroom upstairs that features two bunk beds and one full bed. There is a 43" smart TV and a private play nook (can you find where it is?). This room is themed after the Carolina Panthers.

Bedroom #2 upstairs: Across the landing is another room. If features 3 sets of bunkbeds and a walk-in closet. There is a 32" TV as well. This room is themed after the Charlotte Hornets.

Bathroom upstairs: Upstairs is an additional full bath.

Guest Access:
You have access to everything in the home & yard except:
Owner closet upstairs
Owner closet in kitchen

These owner closets are labeled, locked and not to be tampered with. They are only accessible to the owners and cleaners. Any theft will be reported to the police and to Airbnb.

Getting Around:
Getting around Paradise Pavilion is a breeze! We're super easy to find, right off I-77, which makes getting to all the main roads a piece of cake. If you're flying in, Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT) is only about a 30 to 40 minute drive away. You can easily grab an Uber or Lyft, or if you prefer, we have plenty of free parking right here. Explore everything the area has to offer with ease from our central location!

Other Things to Note:
*Pool Safety*
There will be a kids pool safety net installed later, but it is currently not available. Due to a safety hazard, the slide has been removed. Please use extreme caution. Use pool area at own risk and watch over anyone who does not know how to swim, especially young children. Owner is not responsible for accidents or other injuries from using pool area. Read and follow pool rules, hung on the kitchen wall.


*Pet Policy*
If you want to bring a pet, DO NOT instant book. Please contact us first for approval. We only allow 1 non-shedding dog (or cat). The pet fee is a non-refundable $150, and the fine is $450. Pet waste must be properly disposed of.

*Parties*
This is NOT a house for parties. We want you to enjoy time with your own guests staying at the home with you. We kindly ask to keep music, conversation, and TV at a peaceful noise level to respect the neighbors. Quiet time is from 10pm-8am on weekends and 9pm-8am on weekdays. This is strictly enforced.

*Smoking*
This is a non-smoking house. Guests may smoke on the deck or front patio but must properly dispose of any cigarette butts. $450 fine for smoking indoors. No smoking in any of the screened enclosures.

*Lost & Found*
We know things can sometimes get left behind! If you realize you’ve forgotten something after checking out, just reach out to us. We’re happy to help search for your item and arrange shipping. There’s a $25 handling fee, plus the cost of shipping. Our cleaner will provide a receipt and handle payment directly. Let us know how we can assist!
