Large Paso home Stunning Views from this over 20-acre estate. Custom 3229 sq ft, 4 Bedroom 3 bath estate and Tiny home 3 Bedroom 1 Bath experience the best of two worlds together! Open concept floor plan, ideal for entertaining. Vacation close to town but near enough to get where you need to go quickly. Even Avila Beach is 45 min drive. The gourmet kitchen has upgraded appliances with beautiful finishes, including river stone solid surface countertops and a large walk-in pantry. Inviting fireplaces in both the living and family rooms. Wonderful built-in outdoor pool with automatic cover. Dual-zone AC, built-in wine cooler, and convenient multi-room speaker system. The home includes a Reverse Osmosis water filtration system, fruit trees, and lots of privacy. 54 solar panels make this a green vacation! also solar water heat to reduce need for gas heated water a carbon neutral stay! The pool is NOT heated.
Not central AC, portable AC only one unit for smaller properties and 2 for larger ones

Dazzling Escape

Our stay at Lp1 Paso Robles was absolutely phenomenal! Booking through Luxevaca's user friendly website was a breeze. The estate itself is stunning, with breathtaking views and a pristine, well maintained property that perfectly accommodated our group. The pool was a highlight, and every detail exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend this incredible retreat!

Amazing Amazing Amazing

This place was perfect! Exactly what we were looking for. It allowed for a large group of our friends and family who flew into town from all over for our wedding to all stay in one place together. It's scenic, quiet, relaxing, and everything we needed before our big day. The hosts were super helpful when my parents needed early access to the house to drop off our stuff before we all got there. Between the pool, the giant kitchen, the enormous yard, and every possible appliance we could need…. This was the ideal getaway for us all. Thank you so much!!

Awesome house with amazing views

We stayed over the weekend with a large group with lots of kids. The house was fantastic and the views are unreal. We all loved how secluded it is. The pool was a big hit with the kids. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies and utensils. Our little family (2 adults and 2 kids) stayed in the tiny house with the rest of our group in the main house. The tiny house is tight but worked perfectly fine. We all agreed we would stay again in a heartbeat.

Location is hard to get to. Pool is small and had a dead gecko at the bottom of the pool. It was not very clean when we checked in. VRBO and Luxevaca are difficult to work with when I tried to adjust the dates. No more business with VRBO and Luxevaca from me in the future.

Good stay

Didn't get to finish last review don't know if you got it or not. Spend a week or two and have crew come in and do a thorough maintenance. Our stay was good but little things dropped the rating. Would I stay again at the home? yes.

Beautiful Home in Quintessential Location

We loved our stay at Lp1 Paso Estate. The home was beautiful inside and out, fully stocked, and in a gorgeous location. Tucked away in wine country, you will feel like you are in your own little oasis. For those, who want a more energetic vibe, you may find the remote location unsuitable. However, it was easy to access the wineries and was perfect for what we were looking for. The home is spacious with an open floor concept. The only bummer was that our kids were excited to use the trampoline, which looks functional, but has lost all bounce. It would be better to replace it or remove it altogether.

Bachelorette Party

Came to Paso for a bachelorette of 13 girls and this house was perfect! Very spacious and clean! The only cons were trash cans are too small and it’s on a bit of an isolated dirt road. But I would definitely come back if I had another large group going to Paso.

Good property but not 7 bedrooms

The property is falsely advertised as 7 bedrooms. In reality there are 4 bedrooms and just a trailer with three more tiny bedrooms. Overall, a nice house.

Great for a friends getaway!

Had a wonderful time at this property with my friends! The pictures actually don't do it justice - it's way more spacious in person. It's very remote, in a nice way. Peace and quiet, and you can see the stars at night. Would highly recommend!

Great group spot with wonderful views and space

We had a blast with 5 close families, and several kids under 8yrs old. Trampoline and pool entertained kids, while parents lounged. Wonderful layout and place to entertain without being right on top of neighbors. Also close enough to run into Paso for wine tasting and dinner. Clean and well appointed, but bring extra towels if you’re pool people.Enjoyed low light-pollution and milky way viewing at night.

Amazing views from this hilltop retreat

The house was as described, spacious, generally clean (high dusting is needed), with comfortable beds. We appreciated the washer/dryer, grill and pool. Very quiet, and so dark at night that we could see the milky way! It is down a 1.8 mile hilly gravel road. We had a great vacation visiting local wineries and returning to lounge at the pool and cook great meals in the evenings. However, for this price point the kitchen furnishings are inadequate: no saucepans, spatulas, mixer, salad spinner/ bowl, measuring spoons/cups, knife sharpener, muffin pan, and had scratched (non-stick) frying pan. Some kitchen items were broken or melted. The garbage disposal worked sometimes. Electronic ignition on 2 of the stovetop burners are broken, had to be lit with lighter-there were no instructions about this. Other issues: no beach towels for the pool. no extra pillows or blankets, not enough hangers. Back door was broken and could not be locked. No sheet for crib (blanket alone which is not SIDS safe). LR could be cozier if there were end tables and lamps. 2nd king BR had no closet or dresser (weirdly, closet was converted to a desk/workstation). Overall, we enjoyed the home.

Must Book!

This property was very GORGEOUS! Overall a breathtaking experience. Only issue I had was the cleanliness of the interior of the house, there were flies inside, dead pincher bugs around the house and other dead insects. The floors were dusty in the dining area and some dishes they provided weren’t clean. Besides that the view & the overall home was beautiful & fitting for a group that is escaping the work life. Would definitely book again if ever in the area!

Beautiful views and sunsets!

Spent a week at this home for our son's graduation from Cal Poly. It's about 35 minutes to campus but a beautiful drive through the countryside. We enjoyed the warm, sunny weather at the house and the close proximity to Morro Bay. Thank you for opening your home to us!

Great place for a relaxing wine country getaway

Had a wonderful time with 4 other couples/friends. Would definitely stay there again. We did have a few challenges including check-in (the house cleaners had taken the key with them instead of leaving it in the lockbox) and the grill wouldn’t stay lit, but the property manager took care of everything once we let them know. It was difficult to tell from the listing, but two of the beds in the trailer were up in the loft. They were in different spaces, but spaces were not enclosed. It wasn’t a problem for us, but it could be a privacy issue for some. Finally, the trampoline is in need of maintenance. Again, wasn’t an issue for us, but if I had taken my kids, I wouldn’t have let them use it for safety reasons. All in all, a great place to relax, enjoy the view/nature, and dive to some wonderful wineries.

very nice home. not quite what we expected.

It's a lovely property. The house is well equipped and we enjoyed our stay. There were two drawbacks that are not clear from the listing. First, the location of the house is very remote. When we mapped the house, it noted there was an unpaved portion of road. I was surprised at the length of the unpaved road. Second, the listing indicates there was a hot tub on site. There was not. When I asked about it, I did not receive a response from the property manager until after we had checked out. This was disappointing.
