Oceanfront Studio (for 2 people) overlooking the famed beaches of Fort Lauderdale Beach. This oasis is situated in the 4-Diamond award-winning Oceanfront Atlantic Resort & Spa.

Wake up to the blue and turquoise waters of Atlantic Ocean as you step onto your private balcony. This private apartment features a King bed, kitchen and oversized bathroom (includes shower stall and bathtub) . As our guest, you have access to ALL resort amenities (pool, spa, gym, pool bar, and outdoor eatery). Minutes to Las Olas, Marina, and lots of shopping!

Atlantic Resort is a child-friendly hotel. Must be accompanied by adult(s) of at least +21 years old.

FREE municipal street parking one block west of the hotel, along Auramar Street.

Please check in at the front desk of the hotel for your keys. Must present valid ID and credit card (for incidentals).

Overall our stay was great! The pool is nice and heated, and the drinks from the bar were very tasty! The hotel and pool staff are great and very friendly. Great access to the beach, restaurants, and other local establishments. The only minor change we would recommend is to invest in some cooking oil and spices for those tho wish to cook some meals at the room. We ended up having to buy some extras, but not a huge deal.

The host was great from pre-book and throughout the stay! The property was in a great location, great views and very good condition. Highly recommend.

Great hotel, large room, love the location.

This area of Fort Lauderdale is fantastic. Right across from the beach, more restaurants than you can count. The room is large and the overall layout was perfect for us. Balcony overlooking the pool and the beach made for pleasant sounds all day. Took advantage of the beach, pool, and gym. Would definitely book again.

There are definitely issues between the Hotel & Vrbo. I didn’t see anything on Vrbo about a 55/night Valet parking fee. Which turned out to be 59 with local taxes. I also didn’t see anything on Vrbo about nickel/dime charges for toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, & soap, shampoo & conditioner (3 each). There was also a 20 fee for fresh towels & bed sheets. That did not include a room cleaning which needed to be scheduled 24 hours in advance and an additional fee. One of the two hotel elevators had been down for two weeks which left one elevator for 14 floors. ( a lot of time standing around waiting on the elevator). The hotel bar closes at 11pm even on weekends. We got a text from the hotel asking if we wanted a late check out. From 11-1 was 50 & 11-3 was 150. We requested a late check out until 1pm. When we were returning from breakfast at 12pm the front desk and house keeping were looking for us. They said there was no late check out available for Vrbo guest. I ask why we were sent a request and it was apparent that hotel management & Vrbo was not on the same page. For the reasons above it is difficult to rate this property higher or recommend it to anyone else.

Mr. Byers: We thank you for taking the review your stay. We do have have to respond to your review. 1) In reference to the parking, we do warn all our guests of the valet parking and the rates. In addition, we do give you the option to seek your own FREE street parking one block west of the hotel. It was an option that is listed on the property listing. 2) In reference to the maid service, you opted to book a private residence in the resort. The private residences are typically 50% to 60% discount from the regular hotel rooms. Maid service is optional but with a surcharge. Again, you opted to rent a private residence. 3) We will have to take full blame for the elevator mechanical failure. It is unfortunate but mechanical items do break down at the wrong time, and it did negatively affect you. This we must apologize for. 4) The hours of the inhouse restaurant and tavern are posted on the website as well as onsite. These are typical hours for a hotel food and beverage outlets. There are plenty of taverns and restaurants in the immediate vicinity that were available at later hours. We always encourage our guests to venture to the better-known restaurants and taverns on the beach. 5) In reference to the late check, you booked a private residence that has its own rules. We would have gladly given you a late check out at no charge, but you never communicated with the Property Manager for the late check out.

Florida getaway

We made a short notice trip to get away for a few days while we had a foundation event in Ft Lauderdale. The room was as presented on the site. Beautiful views and a wonderful bakery right around the corner. Contacted Angelo on our way in and he was pleasant and helpful. Loved our stay.

Great Location

The hotel/residence is in a great location. Nice views, good pool area with bar. The food at Wild Thyme has been really good every time we visited. This unit is right outside the elevator. It didn’t cause any issues but you could hear people once in a while. The room is right over the pool. There’s a Lavazza “espresso”coffee machine.

Great romantic getaway

My husband and I had a great time at this hotel, and in the condo! The location was great and we appreciated the way the building was set up so you never noticed the Main Street right below. The pool bar had amazing food and great bartenders, and we had incredible meals our entire stay with all the great options around the building! The biggest downside to our stay, the owner had no control over: the hotel was doing alarm testing the whole time we were there. You could hear it from the pool, in the hallways, in the gym, even from the beach. It wasn’t a horrible noise, it was just constant during the day. I was very glad I didn’t book a massage in the building because it would have been a distraction. Even with the testing, would definitely consider staying here again if we ever go back to Ft Lauderdale.

Great Place To Stay

Being right across from the beach was great, and the hotel provides beach chairs which was a huge plus! Convenient location to anything, we went scuba diving with a company five minutes from the hotel, and went to the Everglades for an airboat tour which was 40 minutes away. The host was very responsive and answered all my questions, even before booking. We couldn’t check into the room until 4pm, but the hotel held onto our bags for us and gave us a key to get into the pool which was great! The valet parking was nice, but expensive. 45 dollars a day, but when you compare that to the other paid parking around for beach access it really wasn’t that bad. One downside of the hotel and is no reflection on the host whatsoever, but worth noting- the hotel allows pets and we had a dog in the room next to us barking constantly. Also worth noting- contrary to the listing, you do pay daily resort fees, it’s just factored into the VRBO listing rather than paying the hotel when you get there. Resort fees were a specific line item in my bill. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would definitely stay here again!

Within a few minute's walk you are right in the middle of all the action on the BEACH! And this beach happens to be the most beautiful pristine beach in S. Florida.
