With breathtaking coastal views, a private beach, and glass walls that frame the sea, this beautifully updated retreat is ideal for a romantic weekend, a peaceful break from city life, a yoga getaway, or a special celebration.

Our guests love to soak in the hot tub and watch the sunset over the ocean. Enjoy our renovated bathrooms, a fresh deck, new hardwood floors and pet-friendly stays (fee applies). Come unwind where the ocean meets the sky.

The White Water Oceanfront Home offers two inviting bedrooms for a relaxing stay. The spacious master suite features a luxurious king-size bed and a large bathroom with a soaking tub & rain shower. The guest bedroom has a cozy queen bed and closet with access to a full guest bathroom. Central heating ensures comfort year-round. Cook with ease in the fully equipped kitchen, or explore the many unique dining options just minutes away.

We welcome pets, but they must be added at the time of booking and a pet fee applies.

Please note: Unregistered pets or any pet-related mess may result in a $250 additional cleaning fee.

Million dollar views. Host was great responding to us when needed. Very charming house. My family has rented beach houses in this area for 50 years. Beautifully updated bathrooms. This house has the best views by far. Magical! Improvements: update pots and frying pans they are scratched. Get stainless Steele. Stainless steel serving ware is a must too, some plastic ones are melted and broken. Provide hooks for your guests to hang hot tub towels and wet swimsuits outside. The toaster is broken. Towels and sheets were musty smelling and had a strong detergent smell. Recommend brands with no perform or dyes as they are odorless. Add a curtain to the large window between to the primary bathroom and bedroom. Hot tub will not go higher than 99 degrees, standard temperature is 100 - 102. Dishwasher is very rusty, needs to be replaced. Overall our trip was good! I know we are paying for the views, however if these recommendations were to be fixed the conditions of our stay would be perfect!Best Regards

The home wasn't very clean. The beds had no sheets on them , we made them ourselves.The cleaning person arrived to check on how the cleaning crew did about 20 minutes after check-in. I mentioned that we made the beds, she proceeded to try and argue with me that they had been done , her crew sent her a picture.The floors were not done and the dishwasher wasn't unloaded. The dryer still had towels inside. The cleaning person did fold the towels in the dryer and got us some paper towel and toilet paper out.The view was amazing! The home was ok, renovations need to continue, it is only partially done.We have stayed in the area a few times before and were surprised to see Irish beach so full of logs, hardly any beach to enjoy. Not the owners fault just thought people should be aware.

The properties view was second to none, however the condition of the house itself, left something to be desired. Windows have no screens, so all venting must be done with open screen doors. AC does not work, fine for more days, but would have been nice with warm spell on 1st night (and inability of easy ventilation). Broken fireplace meant it also could not be used. On a subjective note, the couch is very hard, and not very comfortable for any amount of prolonged sitting/cuddling.

Our recent stay was ok. The views at your home are wonderful and the hot tub was very nice. However the amenities for what I paid were not good. 1. We had big storms on Saturday and Sunday. We couldn't sit on the cushions by the windows because rain leaked from the top and air was coming through the bottom. They need replacing.2. The Teflon on the skillets in the kitchen are unusable, and unhealthy. I have a picture if you would like to see this. They need to be replaced.3. The pillows in both bedrooms are old and uncomfortable. They are lumpy and stiff and need replacing4. The extra comforters were nice but they were dirty. My daughter wouldn't use the red one.5. In the king room, there was a closet but it only had shelves, there was no place to hang clothes. In the smaller bedroom there was a closet but no hangers? 6. There was no kleenex tissue or bar soap in the bathrooms. There was only shampoo in the small bath 7. The dishwasher is next to impossible to use. I spent way too much time trying to turn it on. It also is rusting on the inside and clearly is old and needs replacing.8. Kitchen staples are old: ex: I went to use the sugar cubes and they had a brown substance on them, which was gross.9. The living room is nice but only seats 5 and all furniture is very uncomfortable. 10. Fireplace was not clean and no initial wood was provided. For what I paid you, I expected superior amenities. I will not stay again.

Beautiful property with comfortable furniture and amenities. Very good communication from hosts. The only thing I would suggest is more lighting and safety railing along the high incline walk way from the driveway. My mother with arthritis has a rough time with that.

It is a beautiful view of the ocean from any area of this house it’s not very clear that you have to bring charcoal for the barbecue, we had to go out and get some at the last minute and I know this is a temporary thing, but the glass on the fireplace was broken so I was a little disappointed that I couldn’t use the fireplace but besides those two things, it was a great time beautiful area not very far from Mendocino in Fort Bragg

The home is beautiful and the view couldn’t be more heavenly! Town and gas is very close but you get the feel of being in a quite neighborhood close to Irish beach which is such a cool walk! The hosts are so kind and wonderful and the home has everything you need! Will definitely visit again!

Beautiful Home

We had a great visit at this home. The views are amazing, the home was clean, tastefully furnished and, for those who plan to cook, had a nice set of quality pots/pans and utensils. Irish beach is within walking distance and nice restaurants in Point Arena are just 20 minutes away. Amit, the property manager, was very responsive answering my questions prior to our visit. We're looking forward to our next visit!

Breathtaking views through huge windows on 3 sides, in a beautiful spacious updated home! Large deck (with luxurious hot tub) literally on the edge of the rocky ocean cliff. What an amazing home!

Beautiful view, furnished excellent, comfy beds, great flushing toilets! Excellent water pressure. Cozy COZY fireplace room with big screen tv. Your right on the ocean so sitting out on the wrap around deck or in the hotub you hear those ocean sounds. Very relaxing. Charcoal Weber BBQ for steaks! This house truly has everything you need and more. Kitchen utensils stocked well. Lots of toilet paper! :) We always bring extra but didn’t need it. Owner also communicates VERY well. 4 miles away is a grocery/hardware store that has everything you need or forgot. LOVE THIS HOUSE!

Wonderful Stay

We enjoyed several days at Morgan House. It was comfortable, welcoming, and had amazing views! We saw whale spouts almost every day, rainbows, and sunsets from the window seats and hot tub. We visited Irish Beach via the pass but it was pretty rough. We ended up further south at Manchester Beach and later in our stay hiked in the Point Arena Stonetta unit south of the lighthouse.

We are a Bay Area couple who first visited Morgan Home as a guest! And we instantly fell in love with the home...the endless views of the ocean, the magical sunsets, the calming ocean breeze, the view from the hot tub, the corner nook with the view of Point Arena...just everything about this home made us fall in love with it.

So when the owners put the house on the market, we put in an offer without even seeing the place and as they say, the universe worked to make it happen. We are so proud of all the renovations and updates we have done to give it our unique touch. We hope you will love it as much as we do.
