Lisa, first I would like to thank you for staying at my vacation rental and I am glad to hear that you had a nice stay. I greatly appreciate your feedback, as it plays an important role in our team effort to enhance our services. The house was recently refreshed/updated with new furniture and decorations just less than a year and the pictures truly reflected what is being offered. My housekeeper always provide guests with starter supplies of toilet papers, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, and bath soap, and a total 8 set of bath/hands/face towels (the house has a max of 8 people). The house also has plenty of pool towels on the shelf. After received your request for additional sets I responded promptly and provided with what you needed. The pool service/maintenance is once a week but if you had any issue and let me know during your stay, I could have sent someone over to fix the issue right away. Our team follow the cleaning process guidelines accordingly to ensure the health and safety of guests so no open or used food items in the house. Everything must throw away between guests.

Dear Nancy, first I would like to say thank for choosing our place for your stay. I am glad that you loved the house and appreciated your inputs regarding services that were answered quickly by our team when you called. I understand that there were some issues but most of these we could have avoided if you let us know during your stay. We had guests checked out at 10 am the same day you checked in, but we were able to manage to let you in early as a complementary of our service team. There is a house manual in the house with instructions and we specified a hotline for you to call in case you need something, and we promptly tented to your needs in a timely response. Your host is also a wonderful resource just a text away if you had any questions. Our team came to clean the house promptly at 10am, they started the laundry, took pictures, and then came back for final cleaning. We have ring camera on the front door and able to tell when the cleaners came. The insurance always required us to submit pictures before and after with timestamp and google map location where the pictures were taken to process the claims and we have those pictures. I understand that things happen and that's what the insurance for. I do appreciate your stay and by no means trying to blame anyone. In the future if you could just report to host when you noted that something is broken and/or missing that could have avoid the issue.
