Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place.
Nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac with views on the golf, we renovated the condo with a vision of making it a modern, warm, inviting, and cozy mountain retreat with wood-cabin vibes and the comforts of home.
Whether you are here for a weekend or the week… a nature lover, bird lover, hiker, golfer, skier, mountain biker, or anything in between, you’ll be delighted!
A 2-minute walk from the Ski Resort and Public Golf & Tennis Club.
Vaulted ceilings and a touch of modern interwoven with the warmth of natural stone and pine wood, make the open concept floor plan an inviting and roomy place to enjoy family game nights, watch the game, or indulge in your favorite glass of wine.
Mornings, step out of bed, grab a coffee at the coffee bar and relax by the fireplace while watching the perfect sunrise.
Even if your stay is short, we want you to relax and have all the amenities of home. This starts by having central heating AND air-conditioning (one of very few in the community) so that you remain comfortable year-round. The full-size laundry room, a Sugar Bear Mountain Cabin exclusive, adds convenience.
After spending all day enjoying the surroundings, come back home to free high-speed WiFi, and a 75” Roku smart TV which allows you to log-in and stream your favorite TV shows, movies, and sports.
Prefer quality family time? Bring your ingredients and create memorable moments cooking family dinners using state-of-the-art appliances in a fully equipped kitchen. After dinner, pull out one of our board games and enjoy family game night around the large live-edge hardwood dining table.
The back deck, a perfect way to unwind, offers soothing creek sounds, bird watching, and overlooks the 4th hole of the Sugar Mountain Public Golf Course while providing year-round views of Hawksnest and surrounding mountain peaks.
On the main floor, you will find the foyer, living room, dining room, and kitchen. Laundry, 2 bedrooms w/ queen beds, & 1 bathroom.
The 2nd floor, accessible via a spiral staircase, offers 1 bathroom, 2 more bedrooms, one being a loft with a king bed and the other being a cute little bear themed bedroom with 2 twin beds (A favorite for kids of all ages).
All bedrooms include ceiling fans (floor fan in the little one), charging stations, and white-noise sound machines for the best sleeps ever!
