This spacious and beautifully renovated character home is only a 30 min drive to Oshkosh & Road America! Upon entry you are welcomed by arched doorways and restored original hardwood floors. Original glass knobs, built-ins and French doors! New memory foam mattresses and 43” Roku TVs in all bedrooms. 65` Roku TV in living area. Kitchen is fully stocked to prepare meals. Enjoy your morning beverage from the coffee and tea bar while relaxing in the sunroom. We are pet friendly!
Bedroom 1: Located on the first floor off the dining area. Queen bed. Attached half bathroom through closet under stairway. 43` Roku TV. Closet for storage.
Bedroom 2: Upstairs. Queen bed; 43` Roku TV. Dresser and closet for storage. Additional parlor seating area attached to bedroom.
Bedroom 3: Upstairs. Queen bed; 43` Roku TV. Workspace with desk, chair, and lamp located in bedroom. Closet for storage.
Bedroom 4: Upstairs. Queen bed; 43` Roku TV. Closet for storage. Barn door separates Bedroom 4 from Bedroom 5.
Bedroom 5: Upstairs. Twin bunk bed. No closet or dresser for storage space. There is additional storage space for clothing in Bedroom 4, which is adjacent to Bedroom 5 through a barn door.
Roku TVs are set up in guest mode so you can login to your preferred streaming services.
First bathroom (half bath) is located off the kitchen. Second bathroom with a full bathtub shower is upstairs, and is stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash! Makeup towels are available along with a hair dryer.
There is a toilet and sink available for use in the basement area also, but we do not consider this an additional half bathroom because it is located in the basement.
Bring out your inner chef in the fully stocked kitchen using Greenware pots & pans and silicone utensils. A starter supply of paper towels, dish soap and toilet paper are provided! The dining area has a large table that will accommodate 10 with chairs.
Enjoy your morning beverage of choice at the coffee and tea bar! A Keurig and 12-cup coffee maker are available; we provide a starter set of ground coffee, k-cups, tea, creamer, sugar and stevia!
Laundry is available on site; the washer and dryer are located in the basement. Laundry detergent and wool dryer balls are stocked! An iron and ironing board are also available.
There is a charcoal grill in the garage, and grill utensils are in the kitchen. Guests are responsible for picking up charcoal if interested in using the grill. Please clean the grill after use. A $25 fee will be applied if the cleaning team needs to clean the grill, as this is not part of their routine house cleaning.
$250 pet fee includes up to 2 dogs. Additional or unauthorized pets will result in an additional $250 per animal. Pet owners must clean up the property after taking their pet outside. A $25 fee will be applied to reservations that require additional cleaning outside after pets.
Guests will have access to the entire home including the basement area for laundry.
The driveway has space for 2 cars to be parked; some parking may be available on the street. The garage has 2 additional spaces for cars.
We are available for guests if needed via messaging! Guests will be provided a unique entry keycode for keyless check-in and check-out at their convenience.
The home is located just outside of the historic district of Fond du Lac. This is the only short term rental on the block.
Uber and Lyft services available in the area. The neighborhood is great for long (or short) walks!
Please be respectful of our home and our neighbors as many have lived in the neighborhood for decades. We are the only Airbnb on our block.
The home was built in 1900 so the stairway from the main floor to the second floor is steep, and the stairs at the top are narrow on one side.
If a guest is under the age of 25, or if most of their group is under the age of 25, they may be required to submit photo IDs of everyone in the group and pay a security deposit for the booking to be approved.
Credit card fees are non-refundable upon booking if reservation is cancelled by guest.
- Guests must be 25 years or older to book.

- Please clean the grill after use. A $25 fee will be applied if the cleaning team needs to clean the grill, as this is not part of their routine house cleaning.
- No additional guests other than those indicated in the booking allowed, maximum of 10 guests allowed in the home.
- No smoking, including vaping, is allowed in the home. A $500 fee will apply for anyone found to have smoked inside the property.
- No candles or open flames allowed in the home.
- Please close and lock all windows and doors when you leave the home.
- Please be respectful of neighbors when using front porch & back deck spaces, music and noise should be kept to a minimum after 9pm and before 8am.
- Property has exterior cameras for security of guests and property. Cameras capture 360 degree views of exterior property including front door and yard, back door and yard, side yards, garage and driveway areas. Recording occurs 24/7. No exterior cameras can view any interior spaces. No interior cameras. Tampering or disabling of cameras will result in immediate termination of the reservation.
- Tampering or disabling of wifi will result in immediate termination of the reservation.
- Please remove your shoes when in the home.
- Check-out is at 10am unless a late check-out has been previously approved. Check-out past 10am may result in a late check-out fee of $50 per hour if this results in the cleaning team waiting for guest to check-out.
- Host is not liable for any injury due to use or misuse of firepit of any guests on the property.
- Please report any problems or issues immediately so we can address these during your stay. Refunds will not be issued after check-out for any problems or issues that were not reported during the stay.
- Any violation of Airbnb terms of service or house rules may result in immediate termination of the reservation.
- Trip insurance is recommended with your stay as the cancellation policy does not include covering for sickness or weather circumstances. Please see Airbnb`s strict cancellation policy for further details.
- We do not refund any credit card fees for reservations canceled by guest.
