Nice property- convenient to parks

All four of us enjoyed our stay at this property. It was close to the hiking we were there to do as well as restaurants. The property backs up to the woods, which was also nice.

Scenic Sunset Cabin

Nice, clean and quiet cabin in a great location for visiting RRG and State Park. No complaints! Cabin was spot on with photos and positive reviews.

Beautiful cabin, very clean and modern. Nice and quiet location. Would definitely recommend!

1st Trip to the Gorge with the kids

The cabin was lovely, perfect location to end our nights after days filled with hiking and rock climbing. We had a blast.

Great stay with our 5 year old daughter and our dog. The cabin has everything you could possibly need and is very secluded at the end of the group of houses. Could not see or hear anyone else from the balcony/deck. Great location close to trails and everything you might want to do in the area.

Scenic sunset

We loved being able to get away to this cute and cozy cabin! I was a little nervous about getting there in my Altima but it’s very easy to get to. We loved the fire pit on our chilly nights, and the hot tub was so relaxing after a good hike. Would recommend this cabin & would stay again. Thanks for having us!

Location

Lovely cabin on edge of woods. Plenty of parking space for our truck and trailer. Great location close to RRG activities. Could use more towels and soap dispenser in shower was empty.

Bathroom grout was several shades of gray indicating it has been a long time since the floor was actually scrubbed. People staying responsible for washing the gray and black towels tells me they are not disinfected. There is a reason hotels bleach white towels! Bath situation felt germy. Broken leg on one dining chair was wobbly and toilet seat only attached on one side. Sofa was slouchy and fabric itchy. No place to sit really comfortably. Beds to hold 2 but did not have night stand on both sides, although there was room. No full length mirror. No facial tissues, and cheap, scratchy TP was irritating to my nose. DVD did not work, but the selection of discs was pretty uninspiring. Internet made streaming difficult, but that is to be expected in the hills. Lots of things were sufficient, but could have been much better! Seemed pretty pricey for what it provided. In hotel comparison, got an old LaQuinta for a new Hyatt price.

Our housekeeping team cleans and prepares the cabin between every reservation, including laundering all towels and linens for each new guest. We also appreciate you bringing the maintenance items to our attention. The toilet seat has since been repaired, and our team is reviewing the other items you mentioned so they can be addressed as needed. We only wish we had known about these concerns during your stay, as we did not receive any messages from you while you were at the cabin. Our team is always happy to help and would have gladly addressed any housekeeping or maintenance concerns we could during your visit. We appreciate the detailed feedback and will use it as we continue working to improve the experience for future guests.

The bathroom and main bedroom doors did not shut. The couch was missing buttons and was a different couch than pictured. The fire pit area looked nothing like the pictures. No gravel and weeds were everywhere. The whole property needs a lot of landscape work. Plenty of pots and pan. The shower and hot tub were hot and worked great. The stove worked great. Overall great stay, the yard was just disappointing.

The location was great, close to all the local activities and located in a nice, walkable neighborhood of other cabins. The unit was also clean and in good shape, including the hot tub. Property manager has been easy to work with and allowed us to shift the reservation date after the cancellation date. Also allowed us to take our 4 small dogs - very rare. Would have been a higher rating but the kitchen had very little useable cookware, many of the bowls and plates were chipped, and there weren’t cleaning supplies to wipe surfaces or clean spills. Also, wow!, it is noisy in a rainstorm when trying to sleep. We have a metal roof at home and are familiar with rain noise. But this was to another level.

We’ve already added additional cookware and replaced chipped dishes, as well as ensured that basic surface-cleaning essentials are stocked and easy to find for future guests. Your note about rain noise is also appreciated — the metal roof is part of the cabin’s design, but we recognize this can be more intense during heavier storms, and we’ll keep this in mind as we continue to improve guest comfort. Refreshing and secluded

Great location, easy check in, clean towels, clean kitchen and bathroom. The beds were super comfortable, heating and air conditioning were great. The living room sofa was not very comfortable, and the living room chairs were not comfortable either. The tv and fireplace were great. The hot tub could have been a little cleaner it seemed as if it needed some chemicals to have been added to the water. There were a lot of dead flies around the windows. The hot water tank didn’t provide enough hot water for the 3 of us to shower one after another, but it didn’t take long for it to warm up again. The refrigerator and the microwave lights were not working, and the refrigerator door didn’t close easily. There were left over logs from someone else’s fire that were too big to move, there was no source of wood or matches or lighter to light a fire.
