Access to river- we DO have a dock on property and kayaks for you to use (it’s shared with the neighboring house) but feel free to bring camp chairs or the travel chairs under stair case down to the dock or the hammock to put down by the trees!

Don't forget to check out the roof top deck when you're here- perfect for happy hour cocktails or laying and watching the stars!

*we are located on 2 acres, sharing that acreage with another house. There is a privacy fence between the two. There IS a neighborhood behind us. But we have tried our best to make you feel secluded here with curtains on the deck, a privacy fence and facing the house toward the river.

Welcome to Little River Tiny House, a 500+ 5⭐romantic retreat!

My husband Tyler designed and built this tiny home himself while working full time as a teacher and having a newborn. We started the built in 2018 and officially opened in 2020!! We cannot wait to share it with you!

We are only 10 minutes to downtown Maryville, 25 min to downtown Knoxville, 25 minutes to Townsend, 35 min to Pigeon Forge and 50 minutes to Gatlinburg!

Closest airport is only 12-15 minutes away (it’s the Knoxville/McGhee Tyson airport)

Little River access with kayaks + floating dock adventures
In the summer month, guests love walking down to Little River to kayak, float, fish, or tie up a float and relax at the shared dock.

I would turn your blinker on when you pass over the bridge... you will be turning on the next street and people drive way too fast on this road. :)

The driveway is L shaped... so when you pull in, you are going to turn right to park... depending on car size you may have to do a little 3 point turn :)

*We don't have an iron, but we do have a hand steamer!

* We have 2 burner stove you plug in (under sink with several pots & pans)
* We DO have a small crock pot
*We have roasting sticks so you can make smore's/hotdog's on the fire :)
