Mountain View Guest Studio

Wake up to breathtaking views of Granite Mountain from this peaceful guest studio. This is a large private room with its own entry at our home on a 13 acre ranch. Our property backs up to state land used for horse grazing, and we have a few horses of our own. It’s a beautiful countryside setting, away from it all, yet only 20 minutes to Courthouse Square. Traveling with horses? We have stabling (as space permits).
The space
This is a private 400+ sf guest studio in our home on a 13 acre ranchette, that also includes several other guest homes. You'll have unobstructed views of the mountain, a separate entrance and very convenient parking at your doorstep. Inside, the room has high ceilings, making it feel large and airy. Take the ladder up to a reading and relaxation loft and still enjoy the views. Everything is in one space, the king bed, a sitting area with a pair of recliners, tables and TV, and a kitchenette to prepare meals. The unique bathroom with shower is up a half set of stairs.
Guest access
In addition to your awesome studio space and outdoor patio area, you can enjoy walking on the bridle/walking path that encircles our two adjacent properties on 13 acres. In addition, we have a Sports Court, with a basketball hoop and a net for pickleball, badminton etc. These amenities are shared by several other guest homes and spaces on the properties as well as by the owners and their family. Other things to note
There is a cot (not a floor mattress) available if you are bringing one child. The studio is not suitable for infants, toddlers or very young children due to the ladder up to the loft and low railings. This is not an accessible space due to the stairs up to the bathroom. Please inquire prior to booking if you have any questions, and let us know if you will be needing the cot. There are no overnight sleeping arrangements available for the loft space. Naps and relaxation are encouraged though! We also have great room darkening shades for quiet time and privacy.
