10 minutes to the Blaine Sports Center and Blaine Super Hockey Rink,
15 minutes from Downtown Minneapolis Timberwolves games, Vikings Games, Wild Games and Twins Games and only a 25 minute drive to the International airport.
To ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay, please review the following instructions:
2 night minimum and 4 night maximum
Check-in/Check-out:
Check-in time: 3:00 PM
Check-out time: 11:00 AM
If you need to adjust these timings, kindly inform us in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Call or Text (number will be provided)
Key and Access:
Semi-Private Entrance
Upon arrival, you will find the keys in a lockbox located near the main entrance. The key works for the top deadbolt. The lockbox code will be provided. There is a key for you to use as you come and go on the dresser in your bedroom.
Your space is the ENTIRE lower level šŸ˜Š You can lock the door from the inside. The home owners may or may not be in the upper level of the house.
Please remember to return the keys to the lockbox upon check-out and leave the spare key on the dresser in the bedroom.. Failure to return the keys may result in a replacement fee.
šŸ’”Lights:
The light switch for the main room is located at the bottom of the stairs. Please be sure to turn them all the way off when you leave and also the 2 lights above the fireplace.
šŸ‡ŗšŸ‡øWI-Fi:
We offer complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the property. The network name is Century Link and password will be provided.

The Hotel Foshay-efornia is strictly a non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted indoors, including common areas and guest rooms. If you must smoke, step outside and be sure to pick up any cigarette butts and dispose of them properly.

You may park in the driveway on the right side up by the garbage cans. That way we will be able to access the garage and come and go as we need to.
Safety and Security:
Your safety is our top priority. We have installed security cameras in public areas for your protection.
Please ensure that you lock the door when leaving the property and at night.
šŸš‘In case of emergencies, the closest hospital is in Fridley MN at Mercy Hospital 550 Osborne Road NE Fridley, MN. 55432 or dial emergency services at 911 from your cell phone. We have no landline service.
Laundry Room:
We may need to access the laundry room while you are here. Please keep all valuables either with you or in your car. Close the bedroom door when you leave. You can be assured we will not go in there.

It was easy to get in and settled. I was able to contact Kathy just by sending a message and she was prompt to answer. We have stayed at her place 3 times now and it has been wonderful. Like going home.

Over the top!

I was so impressed by the owner and all she did to make our stay comfortable and special. The lower level is spacious but homey and all the extras she provided made us feel like VIP guests. I appreciated the notes she left to make things easy to use. I would stay here again for sure!

Quiet, comfortable stay

Just a Short Break

My wife and I were looking for a short break from the everyday work world and we have used VRBO lots in the past. Cathyā€™s place is ideal for anyone looking for a short stay in a beautiful neighborhood. The listing is more than accurate and it was just the kind of place we were looking for. We would recommend Caseyā€™s Pizza if want a great snack/meal while visiting the area.

Cute little home

It was a comfortable stay for the 2 nights we stayed there. Someone did try to open the door around 4am the first night which kind of concerned us but we figured it was the host but other than that, I would recommend this place and stay here again next time iā€™m in minnesota.

This Vrbo was great all around. It was clean, inviting, overall a great place to stay. Now I will note, this is someone's home. We accidentally went upstairs instead of down and noticed very quickly that people currently live there. I note this for anyone who may be put off by that, but we didn't notice. We never heard them, saw them (despite sharing an entrance), and honestly didn't even know if they were even there the whole weekend. The host was very sweet in communication, though, and easily accommodated a temperature change when requested. The space is a VERY nicely finished basement with Viking themes and beautiful family portraits to really make it feel like home. My wife and I have no complaints at all. Highly recommend.
